First off I have to say PLEASE IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT REVIEW SCORES THERE IS A NEGATIVE REVIW BY A LADY ( PATRICIA ASBEL ) PLEASE LOOK AT HER 33 OTHER REVIEWS ON GOOGLE (just click under her name where it says 33 reviews and it shows you ALL of her other reviews ). SHE FOR THE MOST PART IS RATING ALL BUSINESSES A 1star or 2 star JUST PLEASE BE AWARE OF HER HISTORY OF NEGATIVITY GIVING REVIEWS…….LINCARE THIS COMPANY/ BUSINESS has been AMAZING throughout this whole process..
They handled all of the insurance stuff I didn’t have to do anything and it was super Duper fast since they got the prescription for it on Friday and then we’re here with everything on Monday. It was just amazing. Most businesses cannot move that fast and they were able to Get it afternoon Friday and have it here before afternoon on Monday without me doing anything and then my service representative Mr. Richard HAZELTINE was just gold. He not only told me how to do it but let me also practice while he was here… How to use these items he had brought an extra one just in case and it did everything right so he was even prepared With an extra one. He said that’s why he likes to bring an extra of everything to make sure that he has it if he runs into an issue and thank goodness he was so patient with me and told me how to do everything and then let me go through the steps of doing everything because that’s how I remember a lot better is when I’m actually doing it and he understood that and I would recommend this company for anyone and told me I could also call you know them whenever for any issues or if I have a question or if I need to know something or need extra supplies or anything so if you’re needing something or your family member is needing anything that they offer I would go with them 1000%. I was so worried about everything and once he got there, I was completely calm. I was able to go through everything at my pace so definitely check them out. I didn't know all the benefits that you provided.thankyou so much.i didn't know you could provide me one of my meds. Our doctor set it up for me.i always had problems getting it from the pharmacy. I am breathing much better with the O2 adapter for my CPAP. Thank you again for your help.

Changed to here from Norco per my doctor's recommendation. They're not better. It took WEEKS to get parts because they said that their guy has to do setup the first time. He didn't set anything up, just left things in bags with me and didn't have a mask for me either. He left a different sized hose than the other one and when the mask arrived in the mail, they didn't fit. I called them back and the guy on the phone had the nerve to say it was MY FAULT they didn't set my machine up so it's useable. He actually blamed me for this!!! If they had set the equipment up like they said they would, I'd have a working Bipap but for now, I don't. Awful service from Lincare

Bobie Hodges was the man of the hour yesterday when he came to deliver oxygen supplies to me. He was very prompt, professional, personable and compassionate. He gave clear and easy to understand information about the equipment he brought. I'm anxious to try this portable unit and I hope it's something I will love. I hope to see this young man again if I have any issues. He brought a lot of positive energy with him and he's a great asset for lincare. I hope you'll thank him for me.

Bobie came asap to client home when concentrator stopped supplying air. Client, Gwendolyn Drummond, was in distress and panicking. Client was verbally defensive and Bobie handled the situation with great patience and concern. Highly recommend him.
