Very nice people working there but I was told it would only take 20 to 30 minutes to check my tire that was leaking air. They wound up having my vehicle for 4 hours before they called my to come get it.

Great fast and quality work by these guys. Last time I called I got same day service, this time I called in the afternoon and next morning I dropped it off and picked it back up at 1pm. And, Ken is the best!

Went in to have the AC recharged. I sat there for over an hour waiting (not a huge issue) to find out that they did not have to put any refrigerant in my car. It was already full. The AC clutch apparently is not engaging. Alright, no worries. I was told they did not evacuate or refill anything. They just turned on the AC and checked to see if the refrigerant was full. I was charged $87.00 for AC services that did not happen, $5.00 of which was for hazmat they did not have to deal with. I am very confused about why I paid so much for basically nothing.
Other than that, it was not a bad experience. They were not rude or anything, so that is definitely a positive.

My experience was great, dropped vehicle off went to lunch. Truck was ready with new tires mounted and balanced when I returned. Longviews Tire was $200-$500 dollars less than competitors in area for exact same set of tire and size. Thank you Longview Tire

I couldn’t be happier with the work Longview Tire did on my Silverado. Everything was completed in a timely manner, and Ken even went above and beyond at the last minute to diagnose a belt issue that had been a problem for a while. I will definitely continue to take my vehicles to them for maintenance and repairs in the future.

The staff there were super helpful. I took my mom's car in for her to get it fixed and they explained everything extremely well and got it all done in one day for a very fair price.
