Did not have a good time with the manager, they couldn’t help locate my receipt of my purchased item, making me feel like I’m accused of stealing when I didn’t!Not a very good way to treat a costumer service , and then security guard confirmed I did indeed purchase these items yesterday!

Came in to ask for job training and was treated very poorly by the security guard and the cashier. Would rather get job training anywhere else. I don’t recommend coming here whatsoever.

Nice facility, which had a section set aside for Seahawks and other local teams clothing which was nice.
On the negative side they didn't have in their dressing rooms open and refused to accept my $100 bill from 2021 because they said they're safe couldn't accept it. I don't know what the heck is wrong with a large company when they won't accept valid legal tender from the United States because they for stupid enough to buy some idiotic safe that doesn't accept legal tender that isn't even 25 years old!!
I'm from the state of Oregon and we sure as heck don't have that problem where I live! I'm traveling and carry large bills with me and I expect companies to be able to cash them.

Went to drop-off a donation, got there 9:58 as they were putting out the donation bins. A long dark haired man gave me incredible attitude about not being open. I said I could wait two minutes, even more attitude. I will donate elsewhere after this. Guy should be fired!

I use to LOVE Goodwill, but going there now just makes me mad. Everything they get is FREE! But it's priced like it's NEW! If I wanted to pay new prices, I wouldn't be at GOODWILL! Also, what is with the security guard following me around? I guess when you get your merchandise for FREE, then turn around and charge a 500% profit, you CAN hire security guards to protect your donated, used items, and treat your customers like thieves, even though they are the ONLY REASON YOURE IN BUSINESS. I AM DONE WITH GOODWILL. NO MORE GOODWILL FOR GOODWILL HERE.

Longview Goodwill has some of the rudest employees you will come into contact with. Not to mention, overpriced items (sometimes priced over original retail price) no dressing rooms, and you can no longer return items from Target, “because they pay for that inventory”, but honestly it’s the condescending and rude employees that have me shopping elsewhere. Look into other local thrift shops to support our local community and not the greedy business that goodwill has become.

Got 3 jars of what's suppose to be costume jewerly jars, was very disappointed mostly trash old couch buttons, broken lead filled chains, there was even metal twist from an old dollar store windmill that was broken, in there. Way overpriced at $30 a jar, they must have no soul.broke me could never sell something in that terrible condition. Not even to replace the $ I'm out.

Goodwill has certainly changed. THIS store specifically has the highest prices I've seen at a THRIFT store. My complaint is no changing rooms. Pre covid it had several changing rooms. THIS PLACE HAS A NO REFUND POLICY. AS IN ONLY STORE CREDIT. U CANT TRY ON THE USED CLOTHES NOR CAN U GET A REFUND IF DONT FIT. The "manager" literally said "yeah shopping here's a gamble". Not with my money. Be warned she's a woke child. She didn't like my push back on no dressing rooms n no refunds, tried to remind me she's human. Like no one was rude or raised a voice at her. WHEN UR AT WORK MISSY UR THE FACE OF GOODWILL, IF U DONT THAT FIND ANOTHER JOB U R THE STORE MANGER. In closing, don't wast ur money at that store. It's a rip off. If I could give a zero star, she earned it.

After walking 20 minutes to the store I was told that I had to leave my backpack outside or in my car or I cannot come in the store. I don't have a car and my backpacks my purse I'm going into that store multiple times with my backpack and have no problems and all of a sudden today I have an issue. I've spent a lot of money in that disgusting store they just lost a customer they have a little itty bitty sign that says something about no large bags okay well you need to enforce that rule!!
