Longview Goodwill has some of the rudest employees you will come into contact with. Not to mention, overpriced items (sometimes priced over original retail price) no dressing rooms, and you can no longer return items from Target, “because they pay for that inventory”, but honestly it’s the condescending and rude employees that have me shopping elsewhere. Look into other local thrift shops to support our local community and not the greedy business that goodwill has become.

Got 3 jars of what's suppose to be costume jewerly jars, was very disappointed mostly trash old couch buttons, broken lead filled chains, there was even metal twist from an old dollar store windmill that was broken, in there. Way overpriced at $30 a jar, they must have no soul.broke me could never sell something in that terrible condition. Not even to replace the $ I'm out.

Goodwill has certainly changed. THIS store specifically has the highest prices I've seen at a THRIFT store. My complaint is no changing rooms. Pre covid it had several changing rooms. THIS PLACE HAS A NO REFUND POLICY. AS IN ONLY STORE CREDIT. U CANT TRY ON THE USED CLOTHES NOR CAN U GET A REFUND IF DONT FIT. The "manager" literally said "yeah shopping here's a gamble". Not with my money. Be warned she's a woke child. She didn't like my push back on no dressing rooms n no refunds, tried to remind me she's human. Like no one was rude or raised a voice at her. WHEN UR AT WORK MISSY UR THE FACE OF GOODWILL, IF U DONT THAT FIND ANOTHER JOB U R THE STORE MANGER. In closing, don't wast ur money at that store. It's a rip off. If I could give a zero star, she earned it.

Goodwill doesn’t give a single care in the world about the needy. They turn away donations because the bag they are in are wet. Ridiculous

After walking 20 minutes to the store I was told that I had to leave my backpack outside or in my car or I cannot come in the store. I don't have a car and my backpacks my purse I'm going into that store multiple times with my backpack and have no problems and all of a sudden today I have an issue. I've spent a lot of money in that disgusting store they just lost a customer they have a little itty bitty sign that says something about no large bags okay well you need to enforce that rule!!

Rude customer service. Rude managers. They messed up on the discount sign and I was told me oh well… they wouldn’t honor their mistake.

Extremely overpriced for a donation-based store which is predominantly shopped by low income people.

I’ve been to so many Goodwills and this one is definitely “ low on the totem pole” especially compared to Scappoose Goodwill and Vancouver ; (they are all very clean and the restrooms are open as well as the dressing rooms) . But they are a long drive so I frequent Longview often . Also there have been many occasions with people reporting that customers are leaving their dogs in their car in the heat - which is the main reason for my posting . A car is many degrees hotter than outside temps . Consider “ leaving ur pet at home -

Got a basket full of blankets. Beautiful woman with her two teenage kids was trying to figure out what I'm doing. Lined my chick hatching room with them. 250 baby chickens love the Goodwill!

Giving this place two stars is being way generous. We frequent Goodwills regularly. This one is so overpriced. Seen the exact same items at other stores for 99 cents and this one has them at 4.99. My biggest beef is the fact that the rest rooms are not open to the public. I understand there are problems with unsavory characters using them but I’m a senior and when I need to go I need to go!! Had to try two neighboring establishments before someone took pity on me and let me use theirs. There has to be a way to monitor your rest rooms. Maybe a key? I dunno ?♀️And really, the fitting rooms are closed? Your store is very clothes based and that’s just plain crazy. If you’re using Covid as an excuse uhm it’s over.Lastly, I read the previous reviews. You’re really turning people’s decent donations away? Especially furniture. Really lacking in that department at this location.

Very overpriced and horrible service. Used tees are 7.99 on average and hoddies with stains and worn very bad are anywhere from 5.99-11.99! I've seen items new in store for LESS. When they have colored tag sales they change most items to different color/ I've seen items before at a different color to another. They charged my kids books as adult books ( clearly kids books) and was extremely rude on giving me a refund. Some items not priced ( such as a Walmart bowl I liked) 6.99 she said. Yikes don't come here

This will be the last time I donate to Goodwill. There were three of us in line yesterday to donate with two employees waiting for us to bring our items. The younger girl (high school age maybe??) was nice but the other woman working with her was awful. She was the most unfriendly customer service representative I think I have ever experienced. She actually yelled at an older woman behind me who dropped a bag off, obviously not knowing that we now have to sort our own items. She looked completely annoyed to have to be there working. I felt very sorry for the younger gal there. All three of us dropping items off were disgusted by this employees attitude. I know good help is hard to find but give me a break! She shouldn't be employed anywhere with that attitude, especially a place that runs by public donations.
