I went here over a month ago and was so excited to get my nails done for the first time in a long time. The guy kept using the dremmel on my cuticle area. It was burning so bad and I even said ‘ow’ a couple of times. Well, I just took one of the nails off and this is the outcome of him drilling my natural nail down as much as he possibly could. This really is not okay.
No matter what. They also literally pull already used buffers and files out of their drawers. Never going here again.

Got a deluxe pedicure. Kathy was friendly and did a wonderful job. She gives a great calf massage as well. Will be back.

I've enjoyed my previous experiences here, but today's interaction was disappointing. I called to schedule a nail removal appointment and was told there were no openings until next week. She hung up on me. I called back from a different number, I was immediately offered an appointment for the same day for a nail fill. This inconsistency and the initial unprofessional handling of my call are concerning. The customer service needs improvement.

The lady who did my manicure was fantastic! I will be back! And her daughter who did my pedicure was so sweet! I love that they have a dog in there, he was so cute and greeted every person who came in.

Brought my mother in law in yesterday and they were absolutely amazing! The technician who worked on her took additional time to make sure she was comfortable and not in pain as she suffers from very thick toe nails and also has nerve damage. She was beyond grateful for the nail care that he provided to her and cannot wait to come back! Thank you for allowing her to feel luxurious and pampered it really made her day

Yes, it's clean. Now consider, if you will, *I* do NOT get my nails done. I dropped off a family member. When she was done with the mani-pedi, she sparkled. I guess that sort of thing makes one feel good! And if you feel good, folks, then you show it. She went in with cracked cuticles, and her feet were rough and had the usual calloused heels one gets from being on ones feet all day. When she was finished, she walked taller, felt better, and her nails? Cat-walk worthy!
Appointments are a must!! But you can walk in, too.
To be fair, the four star rating is observational only. I was not the customer. Therefore, it would be remiss of me to rate a 5 to an establishment I personally did not receive service from. But if first impressions are paramount, this is THE place!!
