The lady helping me was very informative and had a lot of knowledge of what they sell there. Definitely makes it easier when you have no idea about some of the things they sell and or what not.

Prices are a little high compared to online, but they have a decent selection (lingerie, toys, massage oils, games, etc.), and the employees are always very friendly and helpful.
