Bought a washing machine and the maintenance plan - machine worked maybe a year - then it started falling apart - no local service repair people so I'm waiting for a solution. $850 is too much for plastic crap machine. And the "protection plan" so far is a joke.

Do not make major purchases from Lowes. The managers will ghost you. I purchased a very expensive front door from Lowes that came defective. The managers do not return or take your calls, and the store policy is to ignore their customers, they will make sure to stall communication until your purchase is out of warranty. Their customer service is non existent. One store associate could not even give me the names of managers to contact. I was dealing with the Longview WA store, but their corporate is just as bad if not worse.

I got showroom carpet installed a little over a year ago with a 5 year warranty. The guy that did it was outside complaining about the size of my house. We're like unprofessional but whatever. He finishes up and leaves the house. He told me he would meet me there so I can look but he left early. I came in my house and I had a few seams and a huge hole around a corner in a bedroom. I called Lowe's and they insisted on the same guy to fix his mistakes. I wanted someone else but they said it's their policy. The guy comes and fixes that. I'm looking at the carpet and it doesn't look like it was installed very good then I looked at the stairs and there is clear strings hanging everywhere. I call Lowe's back up and I asked to get it fixed. She said she would get back to me. She never did. Fast forward to now. I was noticing my living room carpet coming up and string were he cut the carpet. I had to work so asked my husband to talk to Lowe's about it so he went over there and told them and they said they couldn't fix it because it was out of warranty. But when I purchased the carpet I was told I had a 5 year warranty. I bought showroom floor carpet and spent a lot of money on it and they can't even fix their own mistakes all I asked for is to get it fixed. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!! Horrible business!!!

Horrible customer service and every time I go in something goes wrong. Right now I ordered something they said I could pick up the following week. When I went in for something else I checked. They said no I could pick up after the quoted date not before. It after no phone call. When I called they didn't pick up 4 times and then hung up/disconnected. I hate them! Do not recommend at all. Another issue is the paint bought is valspar satin white. It's not labeled correctly. It's actually off white flat livid is an understatement now.

This store has always been great for me. Friendly and helpful service. Today an employee found the metal stacking chairs I wanted. They were chained up out front. He made sure I got help getting checked out and also had someone to load them in my car.

Don't buy any appliance from Lowe's. the return policy is a joke and once they have your money you are hung out to dry. They push you off to deal with Samsung or whoever and going on six weeks now they are finally going to "process" my refund for a washer that broke after 30 days. I will say this, Home Depot gave me a discount just because the way Lowes treated us. Lowes lost us as a customer for life. So unless you want to go to a laundry mat after buying a 1900 dollar set of washer and dryer, you should shop somewhere other than Lowe's.

I wish could give less than one star. This is the absolute worst customer service ever. Bought a refrigerator from them waited a week for it to be delivered. Received calls confirming said delivery. Morning of scheduled delivery, oh we don't have it . It is in Vancouver, they can't be bothered to go get it and deliver it as promised. Nothing but bullshit excuses from them. Long story short , no longer doing business with lowes. Not the first time they haven't delivered on products ordered. Experienced very similar problem before , there will not be a third time !

I would give this a zero if I could. Been on the phone with them for an hour a couple times a week for the last 2 months trying to get someone to come fix the fence they installed incorrectly. I get promises after promises to call me back by Friday, only to wait another week and try to get a hold of them again. They are the absolute to work with. Sad but true.

I bought a fridge from them that was to ge delivered today. no phone calls were made, no fridge. when I called them they have no idea what happened. so irritated with them. I will not be buying appliances again from Lowes.

As an asset protection measure, they have turned the main entrance into an "entrance only" and won't allow you to leave from there. Good luck finding the secret exit! This place is like 5 acres yet you have to hike the whole place to find any one to help you (if you're lucky). What a mess.

We ordered a new washer and dryer and when they arrived the washer was damaged. They took it back and supposedly ordered us another one. We have called them multiple times to get the new washer, so they made an appointment to deliver the new washer. Unfortunately when they showed up the were here to take our old washer and not to deliver our new washer. We called the manager to get this straightened out, now we are waiting another 10 days for our washer as it was never ordered. We will not be buying appliances at Lowes again.

Horrendous delivery service. I am currently on my fourth try. I am driving an hour to help my parents get appliances delivered. First try, the dryer didn't make it onto the truck. The other appliances did, but the delivery people damaged the doorway of the house and left greasy fingerprints everywhere. Second try, they arrived an hour before the delivery window and refused to wait or stop back by during the delivery window. Third try, I waited 5 hours (I arrived an hour early in case they came early again), then called. Turns out, the dryer never made it onto the truck. And they failed to inform me. Just awful!

Even though my fencing did not all arrive as ordered they were upfront and tried to help me out. When you call this store they really want to help. Different lowes but great service. Worth the drive!

My elderly parents have had nothing but bad luck with Lowes. Their installers are incompetent and do shady work. Most recently, they ordered a new oven only to be told they couldn't deliver it as scheduled because of a computer glitch, but would attempt to the following day. They saw our driveway and decided not to even bother attempting to deliver. It's Christmas Eve and we have no oven. I'm hoping this is the final straw for my parents because we are all angry. Lowes sucks!

Manager on duty this weekend was a complete ass to my Mom. The man has no right running that store. He was rude and disrespectful and just an absolute Imbarrisment to the company. I have spent thousands there, but no longer. Good bye Lowes, I will shop elsewhere no one needs you.
