I've used Mackin's for all of my repairs, I dropped by this morning to have them look at something, Joey and Ryan took me right in first thing and got my car safe to drive until we could get the repairs scheduled. Great Job, and thanks again.

Long story short. When we were picking up the car we noticed gap in the bumper and advisor told us “this is the best we can do”, alignment is off and they can’t seem to figure out why and will not work on the car because supposedly Insurance said the car is done. (Can’t even try to tell insurance that car is not done yet) Called Mackins main office, Tracy told me she will message their regional supervisor, I called her a week later again and she said she will resend that message, now it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t heard anything back. Poor customer service.

This is a pleasant place to do business from the first time I was greeted coming through the door through the estimate work and delivery of my vehicle they coordinated my rental vehicle, dropping off and picking up my vehicle.I would Highly recommend them ‼️
