The manager was extremely helpful, honest, wasn’t pushy like a normal sales person would be but rather truly helped us find the right mattress regardless of the price. With her expertise we were able to make a fairly easy decision for a $1,000 less. They made the process enjoyable, easy and I felt good about my purchase. She has helped me along the way to get what I need for my bed bunky boards and delivery was scheduled earlier for me because I had major surgery and needed my bed. The delivery team was right on time, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I had my first night sleep on it and what a difference from my old bed. I slept very good and my neck and back didn’t hurt nearly as much! Thank you Elams Mattress Gallery for a very nice experience. I will be back for next bed and give excellent recommendations!”
