“My doctor sent the prescription for my oxygen needs this morning to the Longview, Washington office. I received a call from Darcy around 2:30. She got everything set up and said someone would be there in 1 to 2 hours with my equipment. Richard called about 3:30 to let me know he would be here in about 45 minutes. He was here even faster. He was so thorough and explained everything. Great person to represent your company! I'm glad to know he will be my service rep. Btw I was totally set up with all of my equipment before 5 o'clock. That is fast service!!! Thanks Lincare!”
