I love shopping at Michael's, and this store usually has everything I want--if not in the store then online. I've been able to save quite a bit of money using their coupons on the items I needed. The staff are always very helpful and quick to help me locate an item that I may not be able to find. Checkout is usually pretty fast, and they just installed self-checkout kiosks last month.

I need to get framing done for a client. Phil Hembling in the framing department stopped everything he was doing to help me. He gave choices and recommendations based on his experience. Phil was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with result. Thank you Phil and thank you Michaels for employing such a smart and hard working individual.
