I have always had a great experience with my pedicures! I have been here about 6 times now and have had 3 different techs and am very happy and confident in their services. I have no desire to go anywhere else. Thank you and see you again!

Staff was very nice! Very clean!
But I’ve never been so unhappy with my nails. They aren’t the same length, my thumbs are way shorter than the rest of my nails and my big toe was left with a huge noticeable bump in the polish, which I tried to ignore because they just argued about my thumb nails being shorter than the rest, until I got home and the nail polish where the bump was came off! $130 for chipped polish after not even 12 hours and uneven nails. I don’t even want to go back to have them fix it. I feel bad though because the staff was so nice!

Owner Lisa didn’t want to give me a $20 refund. It was my THIRD time going in. I initially only went in to get my polish changed. Chipped almost immediately so I went back in to get them fixed… only took about 24 hours for three of the 10 nails to chip again. It’s the principle, I don’t care about $20, it is just about doing the right thing. Do better. Be a better person, Lisa.

RUN DO NOT GO HERE!! I stopped in to get a Pedi because it was close to my errands, BIG mistake!! Both of my feet are cut up pretty bad can't wear regular shoes, have to wear mules and it's WINTER!! Hurts with every step! I told them during the Pedi and they still charged me $75 for the Pedi when their window says a deluxe Pedi is $45.... Rip off and painful!!

Lisa is the best nail lady in the West!She is very detail oriented and so is all of her staff.I would never go anywhere else again bc I have and the other people did a horrible job compared to Nail Time! I love this place!

Sarah did a wonderful job & my nails have never looked so good. I have received many compliments on my gel acrylic tips! Also, my nails have lasted 3 weeks with hardly any lift on acrylic. Amazing job!

Terrible. $40 for a regular gel pedi. Reasonable price. Nails were clipped in a reverse crescent shape, so as shortest in the middle and not filed. Polish is in layer thin enough to see through and the edge of the nail is not wrapped. Worst pedicure in years, probably because of the menacing presence of what seemed to be the technician's boss looming and hovering over all 3 ladies the entire hour+ I was in the salon.

Lisa did an awesome job on my nails. I will be a customer for life. I feel they made me feel very comfortable. It was clean. Everybody was friendly. I highly recommend this place if you need to get your nails done
