Norco Medical in Longview are so helpful and go above and beyond to get you everything you need for your in home medical needs. The staff are friendly and courteous, they return your calls and assist you with all delivery's. Highly recommend and grateful for their help.

Incredible experience there today. I have had my cpap for 3 years and I learned more in 30 minutes here than I did in the last 3 years with other places. They were friendly, attentive, and found answers to my problem.

I was having a serious problem and I reached out to Jacob K. an employee of Norco Medical Supply in Longview WA.. Jacob came running to my rescue. He was CONCERNED! For REAL Genuine concern my my well being. Jacob is such a patient, kind man. I was quite angry and about to lose my temper when Jacob's quiet, calm demeanor calmed me quickly! HE LISTENED! He Heard me!!! That's what I needed the most at that moment, someone that cared! He had my problem corrected in nothing flat and later even stopped by just to check on me. This is the kind of man America seems to be in such short supply.
THANKS JACOB! THANKS NORCO FOR EMPLOYING HIM.
Getting old and sick SUCKS! Jacob made all of it a little easier and I am so grateful! THANKS AGAIN! HAROLD M.

Highly recommend the Longview Washington location if any issues with orders and/or any insurance issues! They have been the only ones that fix the problem at hand everytime!

I have been a customer of Norco for 4 years. Of the minor problems I have encountered, the employees I have spoken to have gone above and beyond to solve the problem or connect me to the person that could as quickly as possible. Even at 4:50 on Friday afternoon.

Had an appointment. The person left town supposedly and they never called to inform me. I went to appointment and the rude person at the desk said I don't know what to tell you!! Really so I'm stuck with a broken cap mask and they don't do anything about it!! WHERES THE MANAGER? This place is terrible.

Always so hard to get ahold of someone over the phone, I can’t ever get my daughters vent medical supplies on time it’s all ways on why it’s never on time! I’ve very very disappointed

I had no idea what i was doing and had never used a cpap before. I was so afraid as I have severe claustrophobia and wasn't sure if I could use it. Adriane was so great at explaining and really taking her time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. I am so thankful for her knowledge and care. She went over and beyond to take care of my needs. Even though I live in Oregon I will travel to the Longview location because of her!

I traveled from Astoria Oregon to get my replacement CPAP machine and was not disappointed. Excellent orientation and reassuring shared experiences from Adriane gave me renewed confidence in my CPAP therapy. My new reliable machine and Norco's support has had a positive effect on my health. Just wish they were closer.

We rented a wheelchair from Norco for my 92-year-old mother's three-day visit from out of state. It was a good experience, start to finish. When I walked in the store, someone helped me right away, answered my questions, and provided a brand new wheelchair for us to use. The cost was reasonable. The chair was comfortable for my mom and relatively easy to get in and out of my car. The rental and return process were quick and easy. Will definitely use Norco again if we need other medical equipment.

My husband had several strokes, I bought a tub chair from there. Never told that it's not one fits all, and no returns, . When I went in to return it the woman told me no returns it's stated on the receipt and treated me like I was trash. Told me to donate it, didn't even offer to exchange it for one that would work. I will never go there for anything ever! She was so rude, and I didn't deserve to be treated the way she treated me.
