These folks saved my bacon and got me new tires when the other place I had taken my car to for regular maintenance failed me greatly. I was so thankful for their help, honesty, and great pricing. Very respectful, calm and explained their recommendation of repair so anyone could understand. Made an appointment for it to be repaired. They helped accommodate getting it back to my house. It was 100% a great experience thank you.

Took one of our work vans in for an issue running.
I have had other shops do work for us in the past and they fixed exactly what was wrong and ship it out the door.
Northwest Auto Specialist not only fixed what was wrong but they went the extra mile and inspected the entire vehicle and pointed out where there was other issues.
Highly recommend Northwest Auto Specialist.

Quick and prompt service, was able to get my truck in and out same day! Casey the Ford technician was able to solve my 6.7 L diesel ECM issues in a few hours. This enabled me to take my truck home and complete the repairs I had started. Truck is running great!

The guys at northwest auto specialist are great and down to earth men. They know just about anything you need in regards to mechanical repairs and will help lead you in the right direction! Can't ask for a better repair shop
