Literally never answers the phone…. A woman came out to grab an Amazon box at the door during business hours and scurried in locking the door behind her after she already made eye contact with my husband who was coming to inquire on renting a unit. He had already been there previously but there was a note said out for lunch. He came back hours later, same sign, saw her, and she just ignored him. She never answered the door or calls. Today, no one is answering the phone again. Went by and there’s another sign on the door. I guess they don’t really care about their business so I have to assume they don’t care for their renters either. Better to go elsewhere.

* RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK *I rented a unit there for 4 years only because nothing else available in Longview/Kelso area at the time. I can only speak about my personal experience(s).The complex is Small, Dirty, No Security and is out of town a way, so it’s kind of inconvenient. Lots of Bees in the summer, Spiders in the winter.Units are ‘Dark After Hours’, so if you need to go into your unit during this time period you ’de better take a flashlight to see inside.They put a lock on my unit by mistake one time because they thought I hadn’t paid for the month. Once I proved their mistake, it took 3 days to get them to take their lock off my unit.It has been 90 days since I have been waiting for my $80.00 Deposit back. First couple of calls they gave me the run-around, they must have caller ID because they quite taking my calls after that. The office is never open.*RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK *

I’m sitting outside the gates of the office now. My passcode doesn’t work. Again. Is my account paid? Yes. Has it been past due? No. Have I received any kind of notification that there was a problem with my payment and my account was overdue? No. Do I have all my receipts for payment? Oh, yes! Last time this happened, they told me it was a computer glitch. Apparently the computer glitch added a lock to my unit as well. This time, who knows what the problem will be. Saturday afternoon before 5. Office is closed. No one answering the phone. May need to move my stuff. Not happy.
