Save your self a headache go to any other auto parts store or any other O'Reilly's because you will end up with the wrong part. And not once but twice I sent other people in the store for a part with the used part in hand and they will still insist they are selling you the right part even if it doesn't match what you have in your hand, also most places thank you for your business, I've never been thanked in that store. Only reason I go in there in the first place is because of location. But from now on I will drive across town before I ever step foot in there again.

Junk batteries and they don’t stand by the product.
Warranty them 2 times.

I went to have them help me unload the extra from the Ford 350, and they were very friendly, although we couldn't carry out the purpose but they did do their best, thank you

O starts if i could the most sexist store ive been to and the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Being a female I walked in with my 4 month old I was looking for a specific part. I grabbed a few things I needed, then I asked for help to double check. The employee then proceeded to tell me I don't know what I'm talking about, I'm not getting the right parts. He added items at the register I never asked for, or wanted, then got frustrated with me when I told him that's not what I wanted, but he knows everything about Hondas!! He was trying to sell me everything in wrong sizes and mm even though he knows and I don't because I'm female. Never going back.

They always have what I need in stock while maintaining my vehicles. Their turnaround for parts have been quick when needing to order out. Their staff is helpful and courteous
