I found Pals about 2 years ago. I didn't think I was ever going to be able to replace the stylist that I had for 23 years. I moved here, and someone suggested the salon, and
I love it. The people are so nice. Always on time. Book your appointments in advance, though.

Newer staff is rude, appointments are three weeks out for a haircut. I've been going to PALS for years and now will not ever go or recommend.

I do not want to name names, but I feel like a stylist should be okay with saying that they can’t handle your hair. NO stylist says, “This isn’t going to be a perfect cut”, which was said to me AFTER my hair was ruined. . My long hair was ruined. If you have long hair, DO NOT go to Pals!! I’m 56 years old, so there is NOT enough years in my life for it to grow back! Big hunk cut out of the back of my head…why?!!! Go to Pals if you don’t have hair below your shoulders! They only know cuts that are 2” or less! I trusted them…now I wear a beanie daily! The bottom of my hair was thinned out so badly that I need it chopped to just below my shoulders. It WAS to my knees!!! Any of you trying to grow your hair KNOW it takes YEARS to grow it to that length! Do NOT go to Pals!!

Amazing hair salon. Everyone was very friendly. Got my haircut by Brandy, and she was amazing! Great conversation and a great haircut. She also does a great Scalp massage. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent salon in every respect. Great customer service, friendly atmosphere, appointments are on time, texting services are available, salon is clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished and the hair styling is superb. For 75 years I have had to use hairspray and either perm my hair or wear a ponytail. Now my stylist has cut it in such a way that my hair always goes back into place when the wind blows or after I get up in the morning. No more bad hair days and I love being free if spray. I love my stylist, but all are excellent. Everyone walks out of that salon looking fantastic, including older women like myself who have thinning, fly away hair. My daughter referred me to this salon and my young granddaughter told me I should try her stylist, as I was always so envious of my granddaughter's cuts. She assured me her stylist did a great job on older women and she was right!
