We went in to peruse and spoke with three separate employees who were incredibly attentive without ever making us feel like we were being watched, hovered over, or making us uncomfortable. Everyone was so kind and we had such a pleasure being in there and shopping. They test all of their stones, not just diamonds, and hire out a professional gemologist as well. I felt completely comfortable purchasing here, I got a wonderful deal without haggling, and when an item I picked out turned out to be worth more than they marked, they still gave me an awesome deal instead of raising the price on spot. Super awesome people. Super awesome shop dog. Super awesome experience I highly recommend shopping here. Not to mention the selection and breadth of items, there truly is something for everyone in there.”

“Great attitude, heard from the manager and other employee saying we need to advocate for ourselves in locating our stolen property. Badmouthing local law enforcement and the sherriffs for not doing there job. What about your business in helping out the comunitee in locating a Disabled Vets stolen belongings when provided video and picture evidence from my servailence cameras was just told to go through the local pd and that they give a list every day to the police department and that they need to do there job. What about the comunitee pulling together and doing our job.. Funny every other pawn shop in town this morning had plenty of help for me and was real friendly and more than willing to go above and beyond to check and see if they've recieved any of my stolen property this week. Thank you for the help in finding the most likely place stolen goods are pawned. Here's my review.”

“I always enjoy walking the isles and looking at all the treasures this place has. I spotted a beautiful vintage emerald ring. They were attentive and noticed, so they took it out for me to admire. I took pictures to send to my husband... giving him the hint ? He got me the ring a couple of days later, all shiny and green. Months later, I noticed I had broken a prong, and my setting was loose. I went to Fredmeyer (where I have it cleaned from time to time), and they estimated it was going to be months to get it fixed. Not wanting to wait that long, I decided to come back to see if they could help me out. Not only did they give me a MUCH faster wait time, but they also helped me feel very secure about sending it off to their jeweler. I couldn't be happier today as I picked up my ring, fully restored ? absolutely a business to support.”
