Out of feeder fish and out of pet tortoises this is second time in two weeks now four visits..along with if you ask an associate how to care for an animal they will make up how to care having zero experience with said animal, I have tested them on the two reptiles I have been raising for years and they failed horribly on the simple care for these animals there employees are usually kids that truly don’t care.

Workers were kind and attentive helping us mind our pets while we fitted a dog for a life jacket. Plenty of inventory given the hot weather.

I was having a hard time finding a cat food for my cat, Shadow who has many allergies. He can’t have grains or most meats and a few other things. He can only have fish. Most cat foods have chicken or something he’s allergic to mixed in with their fish cat foods. I told the girl at the counter in PetCo about my cat, Shadow and all his allergies. She showed me a cat food that he can eat. There is nothing in it that he’s allergic to. I was so thankful and relieved. It’s called Stella & Chewy’s Freeze-dried Raw Kibble. They have it in cans, too.

They have a wide variety of items for many types of pets. Friendly and helpful staff. They also have a place that you can bring items, especially food, to donate for pets that need a little extra help.

Many staff don't appear to have a concept of hygiene and let off an awful odor. Multiple times online has said items are available when they are not. This is unfortunate when it is a NEED and it's misrepresented so you don't realize you need to get the item elsewhere. More than once I've ordered items for store pickup at a special online price. I'll get an update that my item was unavailable but when I go pick up my order the items are in the store. They won't match the online price then even though you ordered online and they didn't give it to you. Ultimately, after many mistakes, we will be getting our pet supplies in Vancouver.

Really disappointed in Longview Petco. Although this is the 1st time since they opened that it was upsetting. Back where the fish are in aquariums were dead & I mean more than one or two dead fish. There was one that had been in the tank so long it sank & was folded in half. It's like they don't want to clean the fish tanks or possibly they just don't care. I hope that the business gets better at caring about the animals and fish etc...in their care.

Noelle was the sale associate who helped my two young boys and myself when we were looking for the things we needed for our new kittens. She was so kind and her expertise in animals was helpful. She helped guide us through the store and made our shopping experience perfect from start to finish. It’s people like Noelle that make a difference in this world.
