Have been banking here for over 20 years. Always very good service they are a busy place, but they try to accommodate all the calls they get and customers. I had a debit card compromised and they shut it down right away and issued a new one that day. That's service!

Went to pay my visa 7/8/22 at 5:05 pm in the drive through and wanted to know my balance on my line of credit. Well I fill out my paper to pay my visa and send it in. She doesn’t say a word to me.. sends me my receipt. I ask for a balance and before I finish she says it’s on the receipt and walks away… obviously my line of credit balance won’t be on there.. I never write reviews and have never had an experience like this before. Every person in the 12 years I’ve been banking with RC has always at the very least greats with how are you? This blond girl must have had a bad day and made min bad as well. Rude rude rude. Maybe time to go to Fibre

Rachel Sparks manager at this branch is BEST.I have never felt so much like an adult. She educated me on loans, and answer questions in regards to my small buisness. Not once did she made me feel little or stupid. Always respectful and not patronizing at all. Thank you, great customer service Rachel?

I am incredibly disappointed with this branch!!! I stuck my card into machine to check my balance. It didnt even let me put my pin in. It just ate it and then the machine completly rebooted. Now I have to wait 10 days for my card to get delivered. I 100% regret trying to check my balance inquiry. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEIR ATMS or bank with this company. I usually hear good things about Red Canoe but this is on another level.i understand if I put in the wrong pin or had a negative balance that it would eat it but i am FAR from being in the negative and this faulty ATM didnt even let me put in my pin. Negative 10 stars for me?

I have a small business account here. I just got charged fees that I did not know about for depositing and withdrawing money that apparently went over some amount not disclosed. Called 4 different times and no one could outline the exact rules for why I was getting fees. Not once did anyone offer to reverse the fees. Finally got an answer 3 days later.

I stopped by this branch because it is close to my house. My new debit card wasn't working online or in the atm. The teller was friendly and try to help me the best she could then forwarded me to the waiting area for further assistance. I sat for a good 18 minutes watching staff walk around with 0-1 actual members being serviced. They made eye contact but didn't once ask if I was helped or what I needed addressed. I felt like my time wasn't valued at all.

I was in today with what I know from having worked there to be a pain in the butt issue with my account. Not only did I get zero complaints, but with the team work of Tara and Erica, I was taken care of ASAP. Everyone at the branch was polite and friendly. Thank you!
