The women that were working there today were quite rude and condescending to the customers. Everything about them, their tone of voice, as well as their actual words, implies that they think they are working in a high class store in Beverly hills rather than an overpriced second hand store. Honestly, I was willing to overlook the high prices, I mean, "it's for a good cause", right? But the service there pretty well guaranteed that I will not be returning to this store.

Had a great selection of both men’s and women’s clothes. Store was well kept and had a very friendly atmosphere. Staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, polite, and a pleasant to work with.Both wife and I found great stuff and it was very reasonably priced.They are a non profit that donates to local domestic abuse charities, love to support businesses like that. Can’t wait to make it back there, highly recommend checking them out!

I love the store . It's very clean. It is organized very good and decorative things are set up very good in this store . Great things to purchase and great employees. Merry Christmas to you all . It's a five for me.

Tried to donate some really nice clothing and linens, but was met with a resounding I don't want any of it. Manager said she was trying to fill the store with Christmas stuff. Very negative and inconsiderate person, I will never go back to donate again. Good Will wanted all of it, met with happiness and a smile.

This store has something for everyone the staff is inviting glad we made a new friend, my daughter is going to go crazy over the purse I found for her. Their staff is extremely friendly and inviting literally like visiting a family members home.

Selection of items was okay but not the best as I've seen in others, prices were fair, store was very clean, and I was able to purchase a few cute items, but the older gal working the desk was horribly rude. Unfortunately her innapropriate behavior has made me feel very uncomfortable and disappointed so I will not be returning.

Lovely (higher end) secondhand shop. I came in looking for a small lamp for my kitchen. I did not find one, but I was impressed by their displays. The staff is super friendly and helpful, we were greeted with a happy "hello," as soon as we walked in. Shopping second-hand is recycling at its finest. I positively refuse to go to Goodwill, so I'm really pleased to have this option.
