Rick & his wife were straight up with me and we negotiated a good deal for both of us. I enjoyed talking to them both, very friendly with my wife and I. Being a disabled veteran I appreciate not being taken advantage of of like I have been by other used car dealers.

Went to ricks because I seen online they had a 2013 dodge journey. Went and looked at it and immediately wanted it, the car sales man asked if I wanted to test drive it and I said yes, well the car didn’t start so he had to go a portable jumper, he told me it’s a brand new battery but it’s been sitting. Drove the car got back to the dealer ship did the paper work and drove off with the car, well I went to start my car this morning to go to work and it didn’t start. If it was a brand new battery it wouldn’t have this issue after 2 months. So I called the dealer ship and the sales man answered I told him what was going on and he basically told me I’m shit out of luck and that I need to replace the battery. I would not recommend doing business here unfortunately.

Honesty, Integrity, Compassion! There are very few businesses in the world where you can find all these characteristics. Especially in auto dealerships. I am thankful and feel privileged to have come to know and work with one of those few. Rick's Auto Sales in Kelso WA. is one of those few.Shopping for a car in Seattle I found an ad on Craigslist that seemed to be the perfect fit for me. It was at Rick's Auto Sales in Kelso WA. The ad was on CL for 20 minutes when I called. I explained that my only way to transport myself to Kelso was by train and that the earliest I could be there was in 2 days. They said they would hold the car for me. Given the beyond fair price, low miles, excellent condition I knew I would have competition for the car. Calls and offers were coming in by the hour (some offering more than the price they sold to me)! Yet, they kept their promise to me. I took the two and a half hour Amtrak train to Kelso. Angela picked me up at the station. We closed on the deal and I feel blessed to have found such honest people with a high level of integrity. If you are looking to buy or sell a car in the future, I recommend you reach out to Rick and Angela for assistance. You will not be disappointed.

Do your due diligence before you buy a car from this dealership they sold me an onion in August , car was running rich and keeps shutting off on its own , although they advertised as runs great lol it’s my fault for believing them but yeah be careful
Also they charged me a 200$ “processing fee “ to process my registration in house .
I paid 580 on top of the cost of the vehicle for my plates and registration but I just received the paperwork and the fee total from the state was only 270$.
Don’t do business with these people they are shady , the lady never mentioned the fee when she talked me into it save yourself some money and go do it at CNL or another licensing place .
The whole lot of them are dirtbags

Went here to get a car for my long commute to work. Test drove a 2017 ford fiesta, breaks seemed a little wobbly so I asked if the brakes were good they told me they were on the test drive the car seemed fine other than the brakes which I was willing to deal with but I didn’t get the car past 25 mph. I asked all the questions I needed to ask. Why is the price so low, is there anything on the car I should worry about blah blah blah. They advertised this car as “runs great” “no mechanical issues”. Well I went to pick up the car and I got as far as kalama and it appears to have a laundry list of problems, blown head gasket, possible transmission issues. We are hoping that’s the worst of it. Called Rick’s the next morning asking what my options were here and they can’t refund me and there isn’t any way to get into perhaps a different car. They did offer to look at the car but they don’t do any in house work. They told me “they didn’t sell me a bad car” well I don’t feel like that is true at all. Obviously this car had some problems. I understand that they buy cheap cars from auctions but I really would hope they would put a little more effort in trying to make these vehicles safe for the public! Have some integrity here. Seems like 20+ people have had the same experience with ricks and it’s so sad to see this happen over and over again and I really wished I read these reviews before I stepped foot in there. They need to be going through these cars with a fine tooth comb and if the car has problems be honest! Or don’t pick them up from auctions. I’m really hoping my car in this situation is an easy enough fix so I’m not out 10k on a car that’s now worth 800$.

I went to Ricks Auto Sales to look at a Chev pick up truck. I met Angela then we went for a test drive in that truck. Angela told me everything about this truck she knew. Angela introduced me to her husband Rick, we talked numbers and i bought the truck.
I got back to Portland and gave my teenage daughter the keys to her new/old truck! OMG she loves it, her friends love it! Up and down River Road again & again to Burgerville USA!
Thankyou Angela & Rick

owner will get mad and start yelling at you and insulting you for no reason, looked at a 20 year old car that leaked water half the dash was gone and the dash wire harness was cut and was verbally harrased for offering him a lower pirce.
DO NOT BUY HERE.

Great auto sales for good used vehicles. We found the perfect fit for us - 2013 ford flex, blue. Alex was a very helpful sales person. We can’t back the next day after thinking it over. Took a test drive and sold!
We gave it a fresh oil change, had a mechanic look it over, and replaced the ball joints on the front tire. We feel it was a great purchase. Recommend checking this place out.
