I went to the store on Washington way is longview. Not once but twice. Both times they told me lies. This recent time was about watches. They told me the watch is free and I'll be paying $7 a month per line. Not only these lines are costing me $20 a line. They added a third watch line to my account. Told me that my bill would go up $41, but it went up more than that. This store is not a honest store and giving T-Mobile a bad name. I'm planning to return everything. I have 5 active lines. And just go to a different company after being with this company for 6 and a half years.

My wife upgraded her phone here cause its a little closer to our house. After she got the phone our bill went up from Lil 170 to over 300. Hey added an extra line and didn't say anything, gave her credits for things they weren't allowed to. Upgraded our plan without mentioning it. Told us they would give us more credit for the phone she had but now t mobile has to do an inqury. By the way sales person was sierra b the other guy was nice. We want there cause its was closer to Kelso.after this we want back to the store on ocean beach, they are way better it giving you what you are looking for.

This store is a joke. I went in for a screen protector replacement and was “helped” by a manager named Secret. I explained what I needed and she asked for my phone number. After a few minutes she said that I couldn’t get the replacement because I didn’t have an insurance plan. When we got the phones, we were told that if we purchased these $40 screen protectors we could get them replaced whenever needed at no cost. The end. No other stipulations. Just the initial purchase. Secret is the one that helped with that transaction, she even installed them. Today, she admitted I was lied to with that purchase and her only responses after that were, “I’m the manager now.” So your manager, Secret, knowingly lied to a customer, admitted that it happened and made no attempt to make it right. I’ve been coming to this store for 10 years, but I will never do business here again. Be careful! It’s worth it to go through T-Mobile directly and wait a day or two for shipping. These franchises are only out to rip people off.

This is a franchise store. They tend to be shady here. Go to the another TMobile store, one that is a corporate store.Got home Internet here. They snuck in a weird TMobile OBD2 SyncDrive device into the purchase, they assured me it was free, but it cost me $15 monthly for the additional line. I returned it and they tried to charge me $20+ for a restock fee. Lol.Franchise stores....I tell ya .. they're a trap.

Employees were not very schooled on the offers that were advertised couldn't track my phone that had been stolen about an hour before and refused to stay open lobg enough for me to purchase another phone. Went back the next morning to purchase another phone they didn't have the phone i wanted in stock nor did they have my second choice ended up settling for a cheaper phone that now will not hold a charge when i called t mobile they told me i would have to add a second line to order another phone which i did and they promised ir would be shipped overnite but i would have to take the one that wouldnt charge back to the store i got it from. It has been a week now and i still have not received the 2nd phone....have called and was told it was shipped 3 times still have not received it.

Would not use this location go to the Ocean Way location, just not in sync with what is said on the Website or on the phone with T-Mobile, as I bought on the phone with no issue or back talk.

T-mobile is a scam if you signed up for a free phone promo in the last 2 years. There is a good chance that they added it to your plan and started charging you for a phone that was on your plan. T-Mobile is now changing there terms and conditions so you can't file a class action lawsuit with them they are now going to be able to sweep crimes and accusations under the rug without you knowing. By signing you u for a free phone then making you pay for it makes it look like more people on signing onto T-Mobile artificially driving up there market value. T mobile also refuse to print contracts or terms and conditions when you sign up. You have to agree and sign everything on there website. The same website the have access to change whenever they please. That means they can change your plan, terms, and contract all without your knowledge or permission

I went in to get my feee T-mobile Tuesday insulated reusable bag. Well I walked out with not only the bag, but with extras! LORIS mentioned I was able to get the T-mobile Wi-Fi box for only $40 a month and first month free! That's cheaper than my current Wi-Fi bill, that keeps going up $10 a month. PLUS, I receive a $50 virtual prepaid Mastercard, within a few weeks, for keeping my service for the first 30 days!!

Great experience with Loris tonight. Came in to sign up for new service (had finally given up on our old carrier) and it went super smooth. Knowledgeable, helpful, thorough - an excellent customer service experience.

Don't remember the name of the person who checked me out. Kept trying to throw in gadgets I did not need. I was in a hurry to get a cheap phone and be done. Finally at checkout she says "just found out your phone comes with a free tablet." She didn't explain any of the terms and I being clueless, agreed. Free sounds great, right. Never owned a tablet and assumed it piggy backs off my phones data since its "free." Havent seen any changes on my tmobile. But i have a line through my bro. Sis in law discovered extra charges under my BROTHER's name somehow, and come to find out its this extra line that was opened to get that "free tablet." Could not cancel it myself because i'm "not the primary account holder," yet somehow they were able to add this line under his name without his say so. My lesson is to never go in person to any tmobile, and when in any such setting to ask lots & lots of questions as well as read fine print when you're being told "just sign here and here." Their goal is to sell more and the more clueless you are the more enthusiastically they push. Not even hiding it. Had to pay $200 out of pocket for this brick today because apparently contingency was free if you open a new line, (which i learned today for the first time via customer service) i did not know this when she slipped it in at checkout labeling it "free." So we closed that line today and i had to pay up. & it's too late to return it. I haven't even used it. Nothing is ever "free." Disgusting to omit important details when pushing things on ppl.In addition, tmobiles customer service recommended to ask whether you are at a third party store. I don't know what all that means but third party stores are apparently notorious for dishonesty. And this is such a one.

Employee there did not give out accurate information at all when it came to preordering a new phone. She also added random accessories to my order I did not approve of just to put money in her own pocket. When I returned to talk to the manager about everything and report the employee I was not allowed to see the manager even though she was in the back room. Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and it made me want to cancel my entire T-Mobile account. You’ll have a better time dialing 611. They are straight forward and honest about everything.

Went there to get my bf a new phone and a screen protector for my phone. The sales associate that was helping with the phone was friendly yet kind of shady because they weren't trying to give prices when asked direct questions regarding prices for devices or deals that they were offering, bad business ethics and practices. The sales associate that helped me with a new screen protectorwasnt very enthused to be doing that since it was a free replacement, for some reason they were using a sticker and then a piece of tape on the screen to remove lint and that ruined 1 screen protector and so they had to try a 2nd one and now my phones keys don't want to work properly if at all and I don't have the money to replace it or to cover any type of deductible for an insurance claim on it. When the 1 salesperson came back they had an armful of accessories and had to go back to get the phone. I had asked if it was still just the 35$ activation fee for the phone and if it was zero down for the phone, they didn't give me a direct answer and I got confused until I asked them how much was the total and then muttered something like $180 amd I asked why if it was only just the $35 activation fee and they said fees and taxes and something. They said ya, taxes on the $35 fee, taxes on the phone and every single item extra she brought up and then that was $10 down and so taxes on that is why it was so high. I told her Im Sorry but I think you're high and we left without getting anything. I refuse to be tricked into paying hidden Charges or feeling like I'm being scammed by any sales associate so they caake a little extra. For the exact same phone plan, same phone deal, screen protector, case and charger I only paid $42 down and that's including the activation fee and taxes included so there's no hidden fees or overages. $180 compared to $42 is a huge difference of $158 by the same company just different locations

Kamryn and NaBil were very helpful and wonderful to work with, I actually had a great phone experience. And got such a great deal on phones and lines of service. Been with AT&T for 22 years and am happy about the switch.
