I drive 40 minutes so I can bring my frenchie here. Frenchies often have a multitude of heath problems. My guy is no different. They make it easy. No unnecessary tests. They also have a wellness plan to help keep cost down

Dr Katie has saved my babies multiple times. Salmon poisoning, surgeries, tumors, sickness, she fixed it all. We love this clinic and so does Hank!

Dr Katie is an excellent dr. But to get in for an appt or get a prescription filled they say if you can’t wait for a delayed service then rates go up. Totally ridiculous. I have been their since they opened in 1974 and sad toSay I am leaving to find a more valued clinic. I can’t wait for over a month when my dog has an ear infection or having congestive heart failure problems and they want me to wait for a month or longer for an appt. My dog would die by then so I have topay double fees be able to have my dog treated in a reasonable amount of time. They lost a good client and my family as well and we have spent thousands there. It shows it’s strictly all about money and don’t care about the pet. That is very sad. I hope people think before they make an appt here. You won’t get in unless you want to pay double.

Refused to treat my dog when he was in a life threatening situation because I wasn't an existing customer. My dog could have died ?

Dr. Stephens genuinely cares about her patients and their family. She listens carefully to the owner's report of their observations, concerns, circumstances and situation. Then examines the animal thoroughly. If a procedure is considered, she will explain the costs first, before doing it. She is willing to give referrals to specialists when needed or requested. We are grateful for the respect and care she gives our pets, a cat and a dog. We have known her, since she became the owner of the clinic, many years ago. Many thanks to her and her special support staff, which is always friendly and helpful.

Their staff is great. We tried three vets within six years to try to solve a problem our cat has had. Dr. Anthony was the only one who suggested that we check his thyroid. The results were a hyper thyroid. Jasper’s hair has grown back and his coat is softer. He stopped howling as well. Kudos to this clinic. Five stars!

Absolutely the worst vet experience I've ever had. It's impossible to get an appointment, even if you're an established client, and even if your pet is in pain. Very clear they do not care about their clients.

Good vets that take care of your pets but the wait is terrible. Showed up as requested 10 minutes before the appointment and pet was not taken in to be seen until 40 minutes later! Sat in car for 40 minutes with cat in crate. Efficiency is definitely lacking here.

Dr. Katy is amazing! My 14 yr. old ‘red’ orange tabby survives a few issues and she calls him The Comeback Kid”. ?. He’s still keeping me company thanks to her and the staff of wonderful people. Love them all.

I highly recommend this place. Caring professional people. My dog was taking temeril p for his itching which was prescribed by our old vet and they recommended cytopoint and we couldn't be happier. The veterinarians are very knowledgeable and honest. Very affordable.

The front desk is chaos. Unreliable front desk care. The phones are forever not working, I've sat for over an hour in the waiting room because the staff set one appointment and then changed it in their computer system without telling me. The main vet is phenomenal and so is the back room staff but trying to get my animals past the office chaos and into caring hands is frustrating beyond belief. This place needs a top-notch office manager and office staff that works together as a professional team.

Very dissapointed.after going here for several years... we had 2 bad experiences. They hired a new vet who made comments that made it obvious she doesnt like breeders.we show dogs and had our first pregnant female and were really disappointed by how she treated us. A few weeks later we made an appt for 2 other dogs.i have very little availability so made it for a specific time.we showed up a 1/2 hour early and they told us we were late.i told them that was wrong since I believe it was their office staffs mistake.they asked if the doctor should follow up with me on monday.isaid yes...instead I got a letter telling us to find another vet!!!! Seriously????
