I had 4 rims I needed tires put on.
Some of my friends recommended STS so I took them there. Price was very good, they took less time than they told me it would.
They mounted the wheel weights on the inside of the rim, AND they were black (same color as rim) even though I forgot to ask them to mount them on the inside.
I am really happy with the work they did

I had a flat tire, I tried to pump it up myself and it lasted about 3 miles. I could hear it leaking, so my daughter recommended Superior tires. They got it in there as soon as they could, repair the tire that had a nail in it, and it only cost me $10. That is amazing! Very informative and professional/friendly customer service! And I will recommend it to my friends too...

Unfortunately someone couldn’t manage what should have been a simple spark plug change. After having the spark plugs changed in a vehicle, simply because the vehicle had never had a spark plug change and the manual suggested it at that mileage, the vehicle started backfiring. We had to turn around and come back with it backfiring on the way back as well. The mechanic admitted to breaking a spark plug and “fixed it”. A couple days later we realized he never reattached the vacuum hose. The vehicle- which wasn’t that old and a couple months prior had all the break lines checked and fluid changes done by another local shop in which the mechanic stated it was an excellent little vehicle in great shape- started leaking and losing oil a few days later. It never drove right after that, in fact, we were never able to drive it again. In attempt to find a solution, the lady who I was put in contact with at STS (Kathy) was very rude. For being in charge of dealing with customer relation issues, she greatly lacked customer service skills. She cut me off several times when explaining to her the timeline of what had happened, and part of her cutting me off was her insisting nothing they did would cause that. She wouldn’t even acknowledge that a mechanic who breaks a spark plug, attempts to fix the issue, but then forgets to reattach a hose, is not thorough and cause for concern.

Two people same day appointments back to back and your service shop refused to do an alignment for both of us on claims of bad front end parts on two cars with recently built front ends. The first time you did this to us months prior our two parts were bad indeed and I paid you to do all the ball joints not just one on the other car we brought in when you refused to do the first alignment and we had to reschedule it. This time you tried to scam us and our friend and we ended up having to stop by Les Schwab and Thankfully they had us in and out in about 30 minutes and aligned my daughters car the same day you refused to do our car for bad parts and our friend ended up going to Les Schwab for his alignment that same day on our recommendation since you tried to scam him right after us. Your shop tried to scam us and our friend and your competitor won both our business that day. I wont be back ever again to your shop. Two cars back to back told had bad parts that didn't and your competitor found no bad parts. I wont use this shop ever again. So over mechanics trying to scam people. Second shop in Longview I've had trying to scam me in the last year. This is why I hate using shops. Sadly there are a couple things you cant always do at home.

We have been using STS for a few months now to have our fleet regularly serviced. They are able to fit us in within a few days and are able to get every job done fast. From new tires to AC repairs, we are happy to have them help us out!
