Was on vacation visiting family in the area when I experienced some car troubles. After getting my car back from the shop I had more issues. Maria was so helpful getting our original trailer contract changed. Plus she was able to get us a truck and car hauler to make our journey home. Thank you Maria you rock!

Cargo van was perfect size and the local road we had to use had “no trucks“ signs! So it was the perfect solution for us. Staff was great. Return was smooth. Backup camera was an unexpected bonus!

I have rented a storage from this u-haul for almost 10 years. I have never had an issue with them. I finally move my things out yesterday if I ever need to rent a storage unit again, I will try and use them as my 1st option. Heads up, they are very busy and may be full.

Easy to book, but a nightmare experience. First, our schedules made it impossible to even start trying to load our things until a day and a half into the rental. Then, we learned that the key provided did not work with the lock on the back. We lost at least 2 days due to not being able to lock up our things. Then, the weather kicked in—constant downpours and even snow! The truck being at even a slight angle meant pooling water and our stuff getting ruined. What started as a likely 2-4 day process too is 10 days to complete. I’m upset that I had to pay for the “safe move” coverage on every day we had it when I only actually drove it or used it 3 out of the 9 days!

The staff in Longview are professional and helpful. They had answers to all of my questions and followed through with every item I ordered. I would highly recommend rental services from this location and will go back.

This review is specific to the U-Haul in longview washington.I have always had a good experience with U-Haul. But the staff at this location was useless. When I rented it she sat on the stool behind the counter and couldn't be bothered to come out and point out the truck or anything. But it was the return that really left me irritated. I had a 9am Saturday morning return so we pulled into the return spot about 8:40 am and waited we procedsd to watch two to three couples come out having rented equipment so we thought maybe it's one person and they're busy. Then after a time with no activity, in the lot. We went to the website and proceeded to check the truck back in through the after hours website portal. Once I was all done and returning the keys to the drop box I look inside to see no less than 5 employees sitting on stools eating candy and laughing. I'm not one to support eliminating human jobs in loo of technology. But watching the 5 candy eating stool sitting employees that I'm sure are paid no less than $18.00 and hour. I vote to automate this store location. That way I can get my next rental even cheaper and not spend 25 minutes waiting for a staff that can't be bothered to get off their rear ends. Because unlike them I have a real job to be at by 11am.

If they can know the difference between a cargo trailer and a utility that is already listed in their system I had to make a new reservation with the person on the phone because they reserved the wrong one other than that I still like renting at this location customer service is good and friendly

After getting a quote for $61.60 for my particular service in arriving at the store my previous feelings of the place came boiling back because last time I did the same thing where they quoted me and based on an estimated mileage they quadrupled the price of my rental and after an attempted negotiation I was shut down and said that I couldn't reduce that mileage. Just the worst kind of service is to gather the funds to do something and in the middle of the store be denied even though I estimated well over the lady would not let me reduce that mileage
