This 5 start rating is for Mayra! I am a doordasher and NOT AT ALL a girly girl. Makeup is not my jam. Mayra walked me right over to everything on my list and made sure it was all the right stuff. That trip could have taken me 20 minutes just to shop, but I was in and out in under 5 thanks 100% to you MAYRA!! Thank you so much 💓 💗

I got my hair done by Angela there for the first time and she did wonders. She got my layers to flow into my cut, she fixed my color. It's the first time in a while that I've actually been happy with my cut after getting one. She was so nice, approachable, did a little check in consult, and had no pressure to get it done, all the more reason I was so on board to try it out.

It's a good experience every time with the Ulta staff. Their return policy is good also.

I will preface this with saying this was probably not entirely the fault of the people that work at this location, but the experience was had nonetheless. This month is my birthday. When I checked out I asked for my birthday gift. They asked for the email, I went to pull it up, but it had been deleted since it was sent at the beginning of the month and my spam folder deletes emails after like 10 or so days. So they suggested i open my app, which i did, but it was not working - just kept asking to refresh. There was nothing else i guess they could do. Their direct competitor has my info in their system so i never have to ask for my bday gift, it's just offered/given. I mean, what's even the point of having my info on file if they dont have access to it at checkout? The whole experience has turned me off Ulta. It's just as easy to go the "other" place for me, which is probably what I'll do from now on.

Hallie did my hair yesterday at Ulta beauty (Triangle shopping center) in Longview, Wa. She was professional, efficient & very kind. The best part was laughing together. Thank you so much Hallie, I absolutely love my hair! You Rock! ?

I walked in and had like 30 min to burn before my brow appt... I checked in, told her I was way early, and would look around while I waited. I was hoping she would have a noshow so she could get me in early.
So I began walk8ng up and down each isles. I was asked if I needed help finding something by 5+ different employees, I was followed by one employee as if they thought I was going to m pocket something. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Makes me want to stop spending my money there. This is sad, too, as i am one of the originals and have been coming here since their existence, and this is the first time I have been treated like that. Bad business - do better.
Shout out to my girls at the brow bar, though.... Mika, you rock and always give me the secy brow.

My very first visit to any Ulta shop, and my experience for customer service was not good. I was never acknowledged from the time I entered the store until 25 minutes later when I left. I heard other customers greeted upon entering, but not me. Was it due to being dressed in sweats? It was a chilly rainy day & I was dressed for the weather. One sales rep walked right past me & never said a word. Yes, I was seeking multiple items, but ended up walking out without anything due to poor customer service. Doubtful that I will return.

I walked through the door and was immediately greeted with a fantastic smile by a woman named Joelle. She asked if I could use some help or be directed to anything in particular. I told her what I needed and I was in shock with how much she knew about all of the different options! She is very knowledgeable and friendly! She’ll be CEO there someday with the way she works and carries herself! Kudos to her!

Cashiers very rude. When I went to check out the cashier asked for my phone number. I said I don’t have one set up for ulta. She asked again for a phone number and I said no thank you. She asked a third time now rudely. I replied is it required for me to give a phone number for check out, she replied no. So I waited to pay and then second cashier came over and said we can use someone else’s phone number if you no someone. I again said no thank you no was asked 3 more times each time more rudely than the last. At this point I was ready to leave my things and walk out except it was my children’s birthday gift cards they were spending. After she rang up our items she shoved them back across the counter at us and slapped my receipt on top. You’ve lost my business.

Lots of great advise from staff. They knew their products
