They are the one company that is willing to come out and check your vehicle out to help you know for sure that you actually need the part or if it is something different needed. They do this rain or shine and they do it with a smile even if the person before you was a jerk they will treat you as if they have had the best day ever because you deserve it. They also buy used batteries for $5 each. Cash paid on the spot for the most part. As long as the check writer is still on site. Great customer service and good prices too. Highly recommended.

Car broke down across the street. Called and one of the employees walked over with the machine to check out what was wrong and had a bad starter. Toaded across the street they replaced picked it up the next day. Very very helpful.

I use to always go there when I had any type of battery/ electrical issues and have my system checked. Recently my battery kept dying so I went to united battery and the guy wanted to put my car in the air. (Up on some type of stands to get underneath) They never had to before. I was really getting annoyed. Then he sees through my open hood it's my alternator belt. That's all. He still wanted to put my car up, he said so he could see if my alternator was seized. But he didn't have to put it up to check that either. Very very frustrated because I felt like he was making everything harder than it had to be. I finally told him I had to go, and cut him off. I hadn't planned on making an entire day of it.

Took my work van for a battery check. I was told the battery was fine. Zackery didn't give up on my problem. He continued to diagnose the issue until he solved it. I'm so thankful and impressed with United Battery's employees. I will highly recommend them in the future.
