Dropping off Amazon returns and they charged me $2 for a piece of tape. Way to treat your customers, I'll be sure to use anything but UPS next time I need to ship something!

Amazon must be the only reason why this place is in business. Rude employees. (not all. A couple of the youger folks there have been polite). Everything is a mess. I wish there was anywhere else locally that we can return our amazon purchases. I always die a little inside when I need to come here, and do everything in my power to avoid it. On top of it, the parking lot is dinky. On my last visit, their van blocked the entire front lane of the two lane parking lot, thus, trapping everyone for 15 minutes--including those trying to do business in the rest of the strip mall. Also, a second rope line for just people wanting to use the amazon self service station would be appreciated...and, leave it self service for those of us that have no questions and are able to operate such things. This day, an attendant took it over-- trying to make the regular line go faster, but instead stalled things, confused people on where to go, and pissed off folks.

Terrible service location. Constantly understaffed, extremely slow service, employees are pleasant but unmotivated.
Stood in line 3 separate occasions during the past week each time for 20-30min without ever getting more than my packages shipped. There were on average 6 to 10 people in line ahead of me each time, and never more than 3 or 4 people were helped in those extended periods. Ended up going to Walgreens to ship with FedEx

I love using the UPS store on 15th Ave. in Longview because they have a wonderful self service option. That’s quick as long as there’s not a line. Even when I do stand in line, the employees are always very friendly and helpful.
