All the workers are friendly and smile and say hello as they pass by. Tellers are friendly and helpful. Never long wait times, when they see that they need another teller, they get one quickly.

I had excellent phone help today resolving an issue concerning a letter from St. Louis about one of my old accounts. I was very pleased with the informed help I received and was able to resolve my issue in a very short time with minimal waiting.Thank you!I have had many positive experiences with this branch.

I have experience with this branch of US Bank since I opened my first bank account with my family. I have always been treated with kindness and patience. I’ve never had to wait too long. Today I was helping interpret for someone going through a divorce and Marty Orozco did all that she could to help us when we weren’t sure we could successfully retrieve some statements! She was really professional and compassionate. I recommend stopping by if you need to be heard by a bank.

I normally don’t post things about negativity. However, this branch is the most unprofessional group of individuals besides Alkia (I believe her name is, she is wonderful). The rest are very snotty and rude. They try very hard and constantly assume, I am very glad I did not open up a bank account with these people. Six months is typically when you can really tell who a business is and what kind of people they employ. Carry is probably the worst, very assuming, very unprofessional and when I called the bank out for an issue when they stated I need to come back in 24hours was totally incorrect especially when the teller made the mistake on the amount in question. Got off the phone went back into the bank, Carry was my teller this time, I advised the amount she walked over and ding I didn’t have to wait 24hours for something that was as simple as an error and I wasn’t upset about the other teller making a mistake; mistakes happen. Carry consistently said it was my fault and that it had nothing to do with the other teller or them in general. Carry was very passive aggressive and clearly showing her true colors, didn’t count the money out loud back to me, counted to herself. She clearly did not like the fact that I stated they were wrong. Very unprofessional very inappropriate and I’m glad I went with the bank I chose! The fact that this is your bank manager idk how that happened but she really needs to understand what position she is in and hold a higher accountability and professionalism and being polite would be a lot better than trying to be desperate for open a bank account with us. I am not mad at something that was a simple error, I am upset based on the experiences I have been through and the kind of unprofessional manner that I have gone through the last several incidents in regards to this location and your bank Manager.

This place is super neat haha I never thought I'd enjoy going to a bank but the lines are never long I'm almost always first in line upon arrival both in side and drive through and the lady that works the tube machine is so sweet and kind and I've had to go in 3 times now but was never upset bc everyone there is so great one shorter young girl with dark hair even chatted with me about driveing manual transmission vehicles while she helped me imagine that haha

The employees at this bank are always so half hearted. And know like nothing on what to do there pretty clueless on knowing what to do on certain key things.

How can a bank be so bad!? Limited hours long lines. And when you deposit a check they ask do you want all of your money deposited now. I want to meet the person that doesn't want all of their money now. Is this even legal that they can do that. It takes forever for the money to go into the account. Nothing but issues.

Friday at 4:30 and there are 6 cars in line and 1 teller. The Lobby closes at 4 pm- so much for caring about customers time or banking needs

Current bank hours are not conducive to anyone working a typical 9-5. I work 8:30-3:30 and can't get to to the bank in time even if I leave work immediately and have zero traffic. These hours are ridiculous and make it impossible for many working people to make appointments. Opening for a couple hours on a weekend or a couple hours later a single weekday would be a huge improvement.

Been an account holder for over four years now. Been to multiple branches, and always had success swapping coins (part of my unique banking needs). This particular branch is the only one that has not helped me, and in fact told me "I shouldn't go to any US Banks with my issues" (even though I already go to three other ones in a different town). No interest in helping me or finding a solution to help me.

Every time I come to pay my rent, the line is out to the street.. we all waste so much gas and time. Why can't you pay someone to be outside helping speed this up or open up two lanes??One star bc I have to.This shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to get through the line. I come prepared with my deposit slip already filled out. Maybe you should suggest that to your visitors or that they drop off their deposit in the box by the window in an envelope. I only need to stick around for a receipt. This would be easier if I could just deposit it in the ATM to my landlord's account #. That would be too hassle-free. What century are we in again? The 21st right? Okay get with it then.

Went through this bank, with my ex and they refused to take her off saying she has to. So I went in to get a new bank account in September. The lady at the counter helped me and said everything was taken care of, I asked for my new account number and she told me not to worry about it. This bank is messed up and doesn’t care at all about they’re customers. If I could give zero stars then I would. Don’t go with them you will have the same hassle.
