Been with US Cellular a long time their service has gotten worse and worse and you pay a lot of money. We are going to start looking for someone else their service out where we used to be. I can sit in the chair that I have sat in and watch TV for the last, five years and will be cut off lose can’t hear can’t understand they don’t care anymore. You might wanna find a company that at least cares about their service.

Went to this location at about 2:00 PM yesterday and they totally brushed me off in less than five minutes. They were not helpful at all. Then, I came back a little before 5:00 PM and the associates had closed the store more than two hours early. Both Google AND the sign on their storefront said they were open until 7:00 PM. The employees here are extremely lazy, unhelpful, and should be fired. Hope this helps.

Kylie was outstanding helping me add a line purchase a new phone and port my number from Tracfone. I explained that I needed a first time smartphone for my wife who has a hard time reading a small screen. Kylie spent time with me selecting a phone and setting it up so that it would be easy to use. She also was great working with Tracfone to port the number even though she had to deal with a few people at Tracfone who gave her the run around and bad information. Thank you Kylie

Even if you walk out of there with out a phone, you're going to walk out of there with a big smile on your face. Candice and Liz are some of the greatest people to ask questions to in regards to your plan or maybe porting over to their service. I can't wait to come back tomorrow and look at the super deals that they will have because they will rather make you happy than make you spend more money than you need to. They have plans and also prepaid service that you can choose so come on down and enjoy the AC while shopping for a new phone with great service. It's in the same parking lot as the Walmart to the side.

A good place and Haley is amazing Haley is a amazing she's really takes care of the customers great had to go to US Cellular again today and you know what that Haley is a remarkable girl in fact US Cellular Auto give her really a good recommendation as far as pay and everything else cuz she's one of the smartest people and US Cellular that I've ever seen and she does take care of everybody she multitask 15 things at once and doesn't make a mistake US Cellular ought to be so proud to have her for a manager and I believe that she is probably the best looking the best working the best of everything that I've ever seen he's fantastic so if you have any problems and you're at US Cellular you go to the one down on Ocean Beach highway and see Haley and she'll fix you up and take care of you to the point that you won't never want to go anywhere else that's the way I feel

I came into this location to pay my phone bill. There was a new guy that had helped with my transactions. I payed then 88.91 for my monthly bill and was given a receipt. Next month I got a bill that was double charged like I didn't pay my previous month's bill. So I went into this location again to get it straightened out. The lady that claimed she "ran" the store claimed she couldn't help me or tell me what happened. So I stated that it's inappropriate to misplace customers money and there should be better training so people don't have to be double charged for 1 month. She got upset with me and was completely unprofessional. Told me to "not come for her employees " I would never give this location my money. And corporate needs to visit this location cause they are extremely unprofessional.

I have been with U.S. cellular for 30 years. My family and I have a plan paying them over 200.00 a month. We have never been so much as a day like on a bill. This is the thanks we get. I went in to the Longview wa store a few weeks ago for help with my phone. The Representative told me she could help me lower my bill with my very same plan it was now cheaper...I was leery so I asked her three times "are you sure this is the same plan" she promised me the only difference was it had some kind of spam call blocker and was 25.00 cheaper that was it. So I agreed. Soon after all 4 phones weren't Connecting to hotspot. I went and complained and they told me they were very sorry they had just forgot to turn them on..we got them turned on and for the 1st time ever I ran out of hotspot...I called they somehow talked me into 10.00 more a month and told me I should be set on this new plan that was the very same as my old one. This morning I woke up to no hotspot again. I called to try to buy more and they said I couldn't buy anymore for any amount of money I was absolutely out until June 11th. I asked how this could happen when I never had this problem before I changed my plan. After looking he told me I had Unlimited hotspot before. But that was a old plan I was Grandfathered into and I can't get it back. Working my way up the line hours later I finally got ahold of the CEO of the Complaint line. He told me I was out of luck and offered me a small one time credit and a additional 10.00 credit a month for a year to Compensate me. I ask "how is this Compensating?" Something was taken from me by False advertisement that I can't even buy back... He told me he felt he was being completely fair...I would bet if he was out of his "hotspot" for the next 11days he could figure out how to turn it back on. So much for 30 year of Loyalty.. I

I was very upset with the US cellular store at the triangle mall area I walked out of their very upset I want out to the ocean beach store out by Walmart and was greeted by Candice and I have to give her a 5 star thumbs up for Her exceptional service and for going above and beyond Her duties to make me a satisfied customer and to keep me from walking away to another Carrier I would recommend everybody to go see Candace out at this location She will make sure that your needs are met to your highest expectations
