I have never met a groomer that won't let the owner watch the grooming process. She got so mad cuz I wanted to watch on my dogs first groom. She just drove away. Makes me wonder why she took it so personally?

The review from Carol Handy obviously refers to a mobile groomer, not Teresa at Waggin' Tails. I've taken my dogs to Teresa for many years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. She's fabulous.

I called to get my Belgium Shepherd a bath and exact words were... "Oh yeah we only do small dogs and I'm not taking any new dogs anyways" sooooo that about sums it up.
