I will never order from this Company again. I paid for FedEx 2nd day air, was sent UPS 2nd day, received on third day. Customer service was very rude telling me it's not their problem. Hung up on me. According to UPS DogSport can contact them, the shipping will be refunded and they can refund me...so they lied to me too! Never, never, never again!

My order took 2 weeks to get to me and when I received it finally it was missing items. I called them to let them know and the lady on the phone was so rude. I won’t ever order from them again.

I purchased three small items. It took them over 72 hours to ship my order. My order will arrive after the week they promised. I will not be back to purchase more. Edit: I received my order. Harness in very poor condition. Ball was wrong size. Everything was in one sealed mail bag freely rubbing together through shipping. They claimed their items to be "new". I will obviously not purchase from them again. Sad, due to the fact that I'm a handler. They would have made quite a lot of money from me.
