“Super positive experience from the front desk to the Dr.s and all in-between. I'm so thankful for this local medical support team. The LAB, however, can be a challenge. Teresa is the only technician in the lab that has been professional and successful with a one poke draw. I just took my 80 ys old Mom in for a basic blood draw. It took 2 different technicians and many pokes to get it done. They were cracking jokes and unprofessional. It was very stressful. Super sad, as it is so nice and convenient and the rest of the Lynden Family Care team is fantastic!!! On a good note, The client care team was responsive, heard our story and made us feel that improvements are in the works. So much appreciation for this team.”

“Alex Goode was excellent. She made quick work of my visit, was clear about what she could and couldn’t determine, and didn’t pretend to know more than the data allowed. That honesty mattered. She also clearly laid out the path forward if things didn’t improve, which gave me confidence instead of guesswork.

The front desk staff deserves credit as well. The gal up front was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful while I was very clearly not having my best day. Caroline, who looked like she was fighting through a rough morning herself, still showed up, stayed thorough, and ran her leg of the race exactly how it needed to be run.

All in all, it was a productive experience. I sincerely hope I’m not back anytime soon, but if I need to be, I feel safe knowing I’m in capable hands.”

“Both my daughter and I saw Laurilee Reiber at the Cordata Main Family Clinic last week. Separate apps. Great location, lovely clinic with little coffee shop right next door. Minimal wait times, lovely check in staff and nurses and a fabulous physician in Laurilee Reiber. She was very attentive and determined to know all about our different issues and very determined to heal us. She has the best bedside manner, was very informative and made sure we were happy with what she had prescribed. She also made sure we were up to date on tests, such as mammogram, colonoscopy and blood work, as well as making a referral for me to finally see a surgeon who she highly recommended, to treat a condition that other family practice Drs have wanted me to jump hoops through to try and get to see. I highly recommend this practice and Laurilee Reiber. I am boggled as to why this clinic has a low rating. Without a doubt the best clinic and Dr. I have ever seen!!!!”
