This is how buying a car should be. I inquired about a pickup they had online. The price was fair, and it was clearly photographed exhibiting all of the attributes. I emailed about trading in my jeep for the pickup, and a preliminary deal was reached. I drove up from southern Oregon, and the vehicle was exactly as expected, and the deal was made. No surprises, issues or other annoyances. These guys deal straight and excel at communication. I've bought many cars in my life and I'm not exaggerating when I say that I would not hesitate to buy from them again. All other dealerships can learn from these guys. 5 stars.

The staff was so helpful. We had just gone through a nightmare buying process and it was so nice to have a welcoming environment. Logan was very helpful and kind, Carlos was so personable and nice as well! They weren't pushy, backed their cars confidently and worked with us patiently every step of the way! I would check with them before going anywhere else if I needed to purchase a vehicle again.

Purchased a truck from them a few months ago and I couldn’t be more happy. Truck has held up great and has no issues, they never mis represented the truck on their website which made everything easier. The whole staff was very friendly and easy to talk to, it felt like I was talking to someone that wanted to help me find a truck and not a pushy salesman trying to make a quick buck. Will 100% use them to import in the future for my next jdm build as well. Thanks guys!

This was the first time I've ever purchased a vehicle from out of state and had it shipped to me. Being in New Jersey while the truck was in Washington state was a little nerve-wracking to be honest. Milad was so awesome to deal with during the whole sale process. Answered any requests or questions that I had about the truck. He set up shipping of the truck with the carrier they use & it was delivered with no problems or issues. I am very happy with this Luner rock 2001 Toyota Tundra TRD PRO. Met with Logan about an M3 they had for sale — super easy to work with from start to finish. I’m a straight shooter and appreciate when things are simple, and he made the whole process smooth. I already knew what I wanted, but Logan went the extra mile by giving helpful context, letting me take the car on a scenic test drive, and never once applying that typical dealership pressure about add-ons or warranties. Overall, Import and Classic is a great place to find a hidden gem. I’d definitely come back again — they’re doing something right!
