Update: they won’t stop charging me and I called spoke to a woman told her I sent an email in February about me moving out. Has this happened to anyone else? They are the worst and most shadiest Business I’ve ever dealt with and I’m going to start looking into a lawyer. I even called the cops but they said there’s nothing they can do. Please reach out to me if this is happening to you. I just don’t understand how this place is running a business, they never answer their phone Ive called many times to inform them I moved out and today I got a bill with a late fee attached to it. I moved out a month ago so now what? I have to deal with fighting them to get them to stop charging me? I am so frustrated I don’t know what to do or who to call because they don’t answer their phone and they are charging me and I moved out. Listen to all of the reviews they are true. I picked this place because it was cheap but all the hassles are not worth it

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would! We have had nothing but troubles! Yes the prices are low, but in this case, unfortunately you get what you pay for. Their electronic gate is broke, so rather than fixing it, they just lock it with a padlock. Which was ok (kindof) until they failed to inform us that the lock code had been changed. I spent over an hour with a VERY full vehicle to unload while waiting for a response to get into my storage unit. I finally just went home with my full car. I called several more times, no answer, no call back, nothing! So I emailed them. No response! It took SIX days to hear back from them to find out that the lock code was changed. No care in the world that I wasn’t informed of the change. Fast forward a few months, ineffective padlock, AGAIN! It’s been three months and I can’t get into the locked gate! We have left SO MANY messages, no answer, no reply. Now the voicemail is full so we can’t leave a message. They have no problem taking my monthly payment every month, but fail to provide a gate that we can get into! It’s infuriating! We are trying to get a hold of the owner so we can MOVE OUT! And stop pay for a storage unit we can never access! It’s completely unacceptable!! I do NOT recommend this place!

TERRIBLE. No response from my repeated emails or calls. Can't get in the gate as the lock is broken. I haven't had access for 3 months or so... Cancelled my monthly prepaid credit card today. Maybe they'll call me back now? Unit H24.

Run run the other way. Been 4 weeks now and still can't get mail forwarded,,it's been bad the last 3 years, but now no service,, anyone that you get on the phone knows nothing,,,,can't leave a message ,the box is full

If they run the storage like the mail room run fast the other way ,,it's gotta so bad i'v had to change mail service ,have put up with it over years ,but can't even get mail forwarded anymore

Unless this place has new owners as well as the umpteenth new manager I assure you that NOTHING has changed. They are the worst possible place you could store your item short of an abandoned house. They are not concerned about having a bad reputation or they would have employed some basic morals long ago. New owners and management then okay, otherwise STAY AWAY!
