I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped us as he was a true professional. We were on our way to Colorado from BC and found a screw in our tire at 5 minutes to 6pm on a Friday. The unnamed employee cheerfully removed the screw, confirmed there was in fact no leak and sent us on our way with a smile. Made my day.

Excellent place for brakes! Also, they honored the price they quoted me, even though there was a slight misunderstanding that would've raised the price a little. Very refreshing to work with.

Brandon's, horrible demeanor. Very poor attitude and shows no patience or respect towards customers. Shouldn't be in any kind of customer service what so ever!! I will never go back to the Lynden branch.
With that being said, Bellingham is best.
P.S. It sure would be nice if you would put the valve stem caps back on the tires.

On a Friday at 5:30pm after work I walked out to see my vehicle had a flat tire. I called Lynden Les Schwab and Ryan said to come on in even though they close in 30 minutes. I got there 5 minutes later and they took great care of me! A+

Brandon, helped me with a flat tire 10 minutes before closing time on New Year’s Eve. Wow, I was extremely impressed with his friendliness and professionalism— he even changed the tire himself and would not accept payment. Great employee and terrific tire shop.

Told me my tire wasn’t patchable (punctured by a small bolt) and basically forced me to buy a new tire because they wouldn’t even attempt to patch it so I could get home. Just reminded me why I stopped going there years ago, I’m never going back.

Just a reminder that kindness, education and compassion should always be given to a potential customer. Went in last night to have my tire looked at, the damage was unfixable. Ok. Was given attitude by the gentleman at the front counter for asking clarifying questions. He rushed me off. Called today for some clarification and was given attitude from a gentleman on the phone. Left feeling bad about my experience and bad that I somehow offended this person. Please always be kind. I live an hour away and can’t be on a donut tire for more than 50-70 miles. I had a simple question, nothing more. Called the Les Schwab branch off James street, they have all four of my tires in stock and will be doing it in the morning. Would have gotten it done in Lynden if the gentleman last night was kind. It’s possible to be kind and to educate. Being condescending and rude isn’t acceptable when dealing with a potential customer.
