Brian in the entire team at Lynden were amazing. They installed multiple frame TVs, speakers, sound bars, and amps in our new home. The sales support and insulation service were both excellent. Everyone worked hard to make sure everything was installed, set up, working well and sounded and looked great. the prices are great and as good as any big box store, but your shopping local and getting installation and service that can’t be beat. Highly recommend!

We are super happy with the service. They were all very easy to work with, they were considerate of my home and extremely knowledgeable. Best of all they transformed a space we didn’t use because we had an overly complicated system and they gave us a dream theatre that is operated by 1 remote. They also fixed my WiFi that hadn’t been working very well the past few days.

We were introduced to Brian and his team some time ago by IT specialists we worked with in Seattle and on Orcas Island and have had a wonderful experience with Brian and his team.
They have upgraded our network and all audio visual throughout our Bellingham home and separate guest quarters as well as installed an intercom system for our driveway and other exterior gates.
Brian met with us, listened to what we were hoping for and gave us all the options. We love classical music and every time we turn the system on it is a joy. He said we would be happier with better speakers and boy was he right!
It isn’t only a bullet proof network and great equipment we got with Lynden Tech—it’s customer service. It’s on a different level.
I might also mention that from day one I told Brian I was unhappy with the snarl of cables that greeted me every time I opened the AV equipment room door. They soon installed an equipment rack and (just like with the systems they installed) it’s now a pleasure to open that door!
I’ve told Brian to give people my contact information if someone wants a referral…and I mean it!

Love Lynden Tech and I send everyone I know there! They’re professional, knowledgeable and I greatly appreciate their expertise. Their versatility in the tech world locally is such a great benefit! They’ve been helping us at the Lynden Heritage museum with multiple tech improvement projects and we can’t wait to do more!

Lynden Tech sucks. They need to work on their people skills. I stood by the front desk for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to come and help me but no one did. The gentleman that was working just stood there talking to a couple of people and didn’t even acknowledge that I was even there then a gal that walked in behind me was waited on before me. The gal walked over to where he was standing so he asked her if he could help her.. Excuse me, what about me? Well he walked her over to some head phones and showed them to her, completely ignoring me the whole time and when she left , he just stood there with his back to me until I said “EXCUSE ME”. Then when I asked my question, he was rude about it. I will not go back there and I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends to them. !

Brandon helped my sister and I in a pinch when we needed a cable to transfer data from her old phone to new phone. He was so helpful with these two old ladies who don't have a clue with technology. I will be going there again with any technology needs. Great service.

Brian helped me with the purchase of a new phone, transferred all the photos off my old phone onto a hard drive and then set up my new phone. It was such a smooth and easy experience, I was handed my new phone which was a mirror image of my old one, I didn’t have to spend hours setting it up and remembering passwords. Brian is so knowledgeable and great to work with, I’m grateful to have them in Lynden. And the store is beautiful!
