“We purchased a king bed from Wisers in 2018, and their team came out to set it up in an upstairs bedroom. Now it is 2026, and we are moving and being older we called Wisers to take apart the bed and move it downstairs. Wisers looked up and confirmed the purchase from 2018. The owner, Justin, and two sons came by and disassembled the bed and moved it downstairs. They also moved a couple of bedside tables, too. This level of service is unheard of. Thank you Wisers!! I asked Justin if I could post this and he said yes.”

“I have never been impressed by any retailer, but Samuel's is the one exception. My wife and I made a couple small purchases here, easily 15 years ago. They still knew our names and treated us with respect. They have a great understanding of what the customer wants, which brings an ease of understanding to us. They have to make money too.
