Everywhere you turn, the store is packed (tightly!) with a huge variety of meats: fresh, frozen, smoked, dried, and beautifully cured. The coolers lining the walls are filled with traditional Italian deli meats and specialty cuts—so many, in fact, that the real question isn’t what do they have? but what DON’T they have?

And if by chance you don’t see something you’re looking for, just ask—the staff is more than happy to help, and incredibly knowledgeable.

“We purchased five different flavors of beef jerky, teriyaki, regular, salt and pepper, blazing trails, and southern mesquite. I liked them all, but my most favorite one was blazing trails, only because I like it hot and spicy. My next favorite one was Southern mesquite and Teriyaki.They have a fantastic selection of meats, including duck and chicken.
