I made an appointment before hand and was able to show up 20n minutes early and be out of the office by my appointment time. I would not show up without an appointment after seeing how fast it was with an appointment.

Very easy to get an appointment. I liked the text telling me to go to a link to check in. Very easy

Made appointment via app, but was unable to check in at facility due to poor network. Personnel checked me in and my labs completed within 5 minutes of my appointment time.
