I’m usually not one to leave negative reviews but I’ve had one too many negative experiences at this Rite Aid location. Most recently being the worst. I needed cold/flu medicine and Covid tests. When I first walked in there were no cashiers at all and I couldn’t find anyone who worked there. After not finding what I was looking for, I went to the pharmacy which appeared closed but I saw someone and asked if I could ask a quick question. The pharmacist continually yelled over my voice saying “come back at 2!” anytime I tried to explain that no one was around. I finally after searching the store found someone who could help. As someone who is trying to get home to a sick family and had a very simple question, this was extremely frustrating and not a good experience. This is 100% not the place to go if you expect any level of customer service.

If I could give less than a star I would. The people here are so rude and not helpful. I have gotten a different answer about using manufactures coupons every time I go in. They make a mistake and then act rude while fixing that mistake. It’s not worth the hassle anymore.

You have a better chance of learning to make whatever prescription you need at home than getting it filled here in a timely and stress free manner. Really, really abysmal service. If my insurance would allow it I would go literally anywhere else. Avoid at all costs, quite literally the worst staffed rite aid I've ever been witness to.

Will not pick up their phones, wasting customers time in having to drive there just to be told their prescription is not in and needs to be ordered for the following day or picked up 15 minutes in the opposite direction. Meanwhile I have a sick baby who is miserable and we have to wait in line because nobody would answer the phone. All I needed to know was if the prescription had been filled. But instead of answering they wasted both of our time along with other customers who they could have been helping instead.

I recently moved all my prescriptions over to this facility since the GoodRx pricing was very very good and much closer to home. Miss Vrania Chan was incredibly helpful and kind to me and made the process painless. Excellent customer service from her.

This is Constant problem that I see Right Aid pharmacy drive through pick up. It should not take more than 5 min to pick up your prescription. My time is valuable and so are the other people’s time who are waiting. If the prescription is not filled, please have the person come back when it is filled. Don’t hold up the line filling that prescription. This is annoying please fix or have them come inside and wait for the prescription

Uhhh they made me lose 2500$ had 2 insurance cards they had them on file the hole time still chared me a co pay for over 3 years. So i called corprate a week and a half ago gave me a case number and never heard back from them they are aufull go some were else this place sucks rite aid dont care

Please use a different pharmacy if you can. Any of the other Lynden pharmacies are better and more consistent with their hours and staffing than this Rite Aid. They used to be great, but have seen a sharp decline in the quality of their service in the last year, with issues such as:1. Frequently closing the drive thru due to low staffing.2. Frequently closing the pharmacy well before their posted hours.3. For some reason, they no longer fill prescriptions when my doctor sends them in. If I want them to fill one of my prescriptions, I have to call the pharmacy. I have no idea why.4. They often do not fulfill online refill requests without me having to also call them.5. The last time I came here, they failed to give me all of my medication through the drive thru and I had to waste another 10 minutes waiting in line inside the store.If you value your time and patience, go to Safeway across the street instead. The staff here are amazing - I have a feeling that the problems lie with management and the type of workplace Rite Aid provides for their team members, not the individual staff members themselves.

I have problems with this location on a number of occasions with the same cashier. very rude staff over charging and gets upset if question about the overcharged and then claims they don't have enough money in the till to give me my change and gives it to me in a gift card. Just hands it to me I have to ask what it is and just ignores me. I immediately tried calling to talk with management but was put on hold with no one returning I hung up after a 15 min wait.

No stars. So disappointed in this rite aid. Poor service in the pharmacy, LONG waits, the drive through is always closed when I need it. I went to pick up an Rx and they told me if I could wait "a few minutes " my other Rx would be ready - they proceeded to talk to another gentleman for 115-20 minutes instead of helping me, then there were about 10 people who got in line and they helped them. I left without my prescriptions and will be transferring to another better and more customer service driven pharmacy

COVID PCR test results took an unreasonable amount of time. We are unable to return our grandchild to his parents in British Columbia. Consequently, we need to schedule rapid antigen testing at a cost of $60 per person so we can cross the border. CVS has the worst customer service.
