This pharmacy was the rudest and most unhelpful group of people I have ever seen. Absolutely callous and uncaring uncustomer-centric attitude. Easy to see why the reviews are so bad.

Never had a problem up until recently. The supervisor that runs the store Alan lied about a situation that had to do with the pharmacy. The pharmacy messed up with an order saying a family member picked a prescription up and then 6 days later surprisingly it was filled again. Tried to figure out what exactly happened and was treated rudely by the pharmacy tech and her co worker. At first they said they checked the tapes to see how many prescriptions were picked up but then changed their story saying that they couldn't find that section of the tape. This isn't the first time it's happened either.

Never have a problem going in person because I don't mind waiting 3-4 hours for my prescriptions to be filled after they're sent (i get text notifications when they are ready), but just be warned, their ship to you option is super hit or miss. I have used it for years and never had any issues until i switched to the Lynden location. IDK if this location doesn't do it or don't like to or what, but i have on multiple occasions had them cancel my delivery and put my medications back on the shelf because I "didn't pick them up in time". One time they even charged me the $7 for same day delivery along with the price of the medication and never delivered it, so seriously, be warned.

It truly takes everything I have to not lose my temper every time I go to that pharmacy. They never fill anything. So you have to go there, stand 30 minutes in line just for them to make you wait another 20 minutes to actually fill it. Not matter how long ago the damn prescription was sent over there. Then you have to go back and wait in line for another 30 minutes to pick it up. It's extremely frustrating.

Prices are never accurate. Karlena, who says she's a manager wasn't a pleasant person to deal with while making purchases.

Great selection, friendly people! Safeway Lynden, please fix the crack in the parking lot that several customers have tripped over and tipped their carts on. It's a huge danger to customers and liability to your business. We love local businesses and your store, but please keep your customers safe ❤️

The Pharmacist was unhelpful and rude. My mom had scheduled 2 appointments for flu shots at 7:00. There were 2 appointments available at 6:30. To make it easier on the pharmacist, my family of 4 has always gone in and got our flu shots together at the same time for the last 10 years. The total time it takes for the pharmacist to administer all the shots takes 60 seconds. We went in for the 7pm appointments 20 minutes early. The pharmacist refused to give more than the two appointments even though they say they take walk-ins and we were all together. We told her it would be so quick and we’ve been doing the responsible thing as a family for the past 10 years. The pharmacist continued to whine that she just couldn’t do it because she was alone (there was another guy working with her, there were no other customers, and the two 6:30 appointments were not filled). The pharmacist proceeded to roll her eyes at my mom and continue to carry on making excuses. We all left because we didn’t feel like we could trust the pharmacist giving the two shots and we were so disgusted with her unwillingness to be helpful or friendly. After getting our flu shots at Safeway for the past 10 years this experience has made me not want to go back. I plan on switching to get shots and prescriptions at a different pharmacy.

Bella and Leah from Safeway in Lynden, WA were super helpful in filling my prescription Friday last week. Being an out of towner, Bella who’s very knowledgeable went out of her way to assist me with the meds that I needed. The 2 ladies are the opposite of the Pharmacist from Safeway Issaquah who drove me away and told me to go to dr rx online as his price wb expensive; he couldn’t even give me a price which I asked few times. Safeway should be really proud of Bella and Leah as they were super helpful and compassionate, attributes which define how Pharmacy staff’s demeanour should be. They are definitely great assets to the Safeway organization. Many thanks to Bella and Leah, kudos to you both??

This is a very busy pharmacy, and customer service is a bit like a production line. It often takes several hours to get a prescription filled.

I recently got my daughter her birthday cake from the lynden location. and I showed them a photo and it was a totally different shaped cake in the photo I showed and was made with some fondant in the image I showed ( which I did not want fondant is gross ) and I asked her to do that but turn it into a sheet cake and it was a little complicated. the cake decorator was amazing she totally understood and was so helpful. she took my images as well. needless to say I was kinda nervous because it was my daughter's bday cake I picked it up and it was amazing she absolutely nailed it it was beautiful and perfect I was so happy with it it turned out perfect and my daughter loved it. and it tasted amazing will continue to order her cake from there each year thank you guys. the round cake is what I showed her sheet cake was finished product in images.
