We rented a storage container after the 2021 Flooding in Whatcom County when we lost nearly everything to store what little we had left and materials for rebuilding. SimpleBox was so kind to us and understanding our concerns if water was going to be an issue again and willingness to work with us if we needed to move the box quickly in the event of flooding again. They took wonderful care of us! 10/10 recommend.

The price was great and the delivery was quick.I called, and within 3 days, it was delivered.The two ladies I spoke to on the phone were very friendly, and the man who delivered the container was also friendly and very quick in placing it. They did a wonderful job and I would recommend them always.

Great to deal with. We put two containers on our property and they were able to unload them into a tight spot perfectly. Price was reasonable and service was great. Recommend highly.

A completely wonderful experience renting from Simple Box. A class act.Their team was so accommodating and cared about every detail. They didn't just drop off a box - they took their time to make sure it was perfectly level and that I was a happy customer!

Everyone at Simple Box was courteous and professional from start to finish. I couldn't have more pleased with their efforts. From the timely quote by Celeste. To having the box delivered after hours by Dave Black. To moving it to my new residence. To picking the container back up when I was finished using it. It was a pleasure doing business with all of you. Especially the young driver I almost had to hog tie to take a modest tip who wanted to know who made the initial delivery, so he could share the money with him. (I don't think that Dave needs the money.) Thank you all for an excellent experience.

Very easy to do! The staff is very knowledgeable and set us up with just what we needed. They delivered a box right to our home and all we had to do was load it, and they came and picked it up and stored it for us. Professional and friendly service. I would definitely recommend this company! Very easy to work with!

Simple Box Lynden was amazing to work with! The experience was so easy and the customer service was a 10/10! I highly recommend and will use them again in the future! Clean storage box, very skilled delivery drivers and easy access to a customer service rep!

I shopped around at all the shipping container dealers from Lynden down to Tacoma. Get Simple Box had the friendliest staff, and best price. The containers look top quality to me. They have a great selection too...I had several 1-trip 40' HC double-doors to choose between. At the Lynden location, all the containers are on ground level, so you can go inside and take a look before you buy. Most other dealers (in Tacoma) have the containers stacked very high, so it's likely you won't be able to look inside your container before you buy it.Celeste (sales) is very responsive, and easy to work with. I needed extra time to finish my gravel work, and she was able to reschedule the delivery date, no problem.The delivery driver, Lee, did an excellent job getting the container in the location that I wanted.

Great experiences with Get Simple Box employees both times I purchased a shipping container from them. They actually return phone calls unlike others. Very happy with the on time pickups and deliveries.Would not hesitate to deal with them again a third time.

Renee was great with handling the ordering and appointment to get it here. Travis was wonderful, the place I wanted it put was kind of tight and he handled it like a pro! He made sure I was happy with the placement. I was just amazed at how easy he made it look. I would highly recommend ❤️

The crew at Get Simple Box are AMAZING! We purchased 5 High Cube 40 foot containers all reasonably priced and delivered on site with zero issues!One is a refer, three have mini splits and roll up doors.I would purchase from them again!
