The lady that works here is not really friendly. Older lady with dark eyeliner. Not the first time I experienced this. Grabbed my package and threw it into the outgoing box and rudely stated it won’t go out till Monday. Won’t be going here again. People at mailbox shipping and receiving on front st are much nicer!

Timekeepers is amazing! Not only is it awesome to have a one stop shop when shipping (they compare shipping companies and costs and get you the best price), but when there is an issue (which is too often these days), they take it on and follow up for you! UPS lost our package, and it was the staff at timekeepers that filed the claim, followed up, and called us once it was solved. I will always ship with timekeepers, I can’t be more grateful.

I went to mail a letter that was time sensitive and paid for Registered mail. I was unable to track my package and asked for a refund and the employee did not mail my letter out and never informed me they were holding it. I called the next day and found this out from another employee. I requested they please mail my letter. I was never able to track it and denied a refund for tracking. I also left a message for the owner to call me to discuss this and never received a call. This type of service is not at all acceptable and they should be shut down. Very bad business practice.
I HIGHLY WARN ALL OTHER US and CANADIANS TO AVOID THIS BUSINESS

Great for when I just drop off items I already prepackaged myself (which I mainly do now). Nice employees. Just gets very pricey for shipping if you choose to do it there by how they charge. I can ship my items by paying for shipping at home for way less money. Overall nice looking buisness inside.

They say they are open on hours both Google and on the door yet they are not open those hours. Get it right! Better to to to more reliable places.

This location was my favor for more than 10 years.After 2 years of border closure I came back to this location withunpleasant surprise. As always ,I paid $5 for pickup but this time they slap me with holding fees extra $5, just 48 hours from the time they received my package , in the past holding charges would take affect after 1 week , without any notification or any explanation and the employee was extremely rud when I questioned the charge .You won't see me again thanks for great service.I warn all other Canadians to avoid the business.

I came on a weekday at around 3:30. Place was brimming with packages and there were a few people ahead of me. The person working was helpful and polite. I'd stop by here again.

I shipped my PC with them through UPS. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged. Luckily, Timekeepers worked with me and the insurance company to get everything replaced. 10/10

Let me tell you. The little blonde teen working there is absolutely terrible at customer service. I want to say so much more but she's a child so I'll leave it there. They supposedly have a notary service but supposedly only the manager can do it and her hours are 8:30-1:30 according to Ms. Rude teen. Um really? So is everyone else's schedule as well. They need to remove that sign from their door and on their website. Or say notary service "sometimes"
