In my 53 years on this planet I have never had problems getting my mail until I moved to Lynden. Yet again, my package has been on the truck and out for delivery for over 5 days, which is infuriating because it's medical supplies and I paid for expedited shipping. So that's $20 on shipping out the window, I still don't have my stuff, and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE THERE so I have no idea if it's coming or if I need to reorder.ETA: Well, my package finally arrived, crushed, shredded, and opened. Thanks again, Lynden Post Office. You are an embarrassment to your profession.

It's 11/27/23. You've had my package since 11/13/23. It's tracked & insured. It would be nice if you'd do your job & mail it to me.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Constantly delivering our mail to someone else. Today, a neighbor brought my mail to me, again! It happened to be VERY important, private, financial papers. So, needless to say, I'm not happy! I shouldn't have to depend on the honesty of my neighbors in order to get my mail. We have also gotten the "informed delivery" notifications saying a package was delivered to our mail box, just to find they delivered it to a neighbor who chose to keep it. That has also happened several times. It is also common practice for them to cram packages in the little mailbox, thus tearing the packaging, or making it difficult to get the package(s) back out, instead of locking them in the bigger mailboxes intended for packages. This is the worst postal service I have ever dealt with.6/3/23 Our apartment numbers are LARGE and clearly marked, yet they still delivered our package to the wrong address, AGAIN today. Seriously?! I don't understand. It's so frustrating.

This is the worst postal service I've ever experienced. They continuously mix up mail and packages. One neighbor and I deliver each others mail to each other on a regular basis. They rip packages by shoving too many into our small box. Instead of putting packages that are too big for our small box into one of the bigger boxes specifically for packages, they just cram it in our small box which tears the packaging or smashes the items inside. They have also delivered the wrong packages to us, and delivered mine to a neighbor. When they lose one of our packages, their response is 'sorry', It's not a real apology, it is 'you're out of luck' getting help from them to find or replace the lost package.

One star because I couldn’t give zero, I receive mail that the mailman routinely stuffs in my mailbox. We have received damaged books, torn packages, we even had to replace our mail box because of him damaging it.He must hate his job!!

I feel awful for my poor neighbors that have to deliver my mail because nobody reads the address on the package I’m going to start tipping my neighbors

Haven't received my mail and it over a week. The problem is not getting to my house because the road has been cleared. The problem is not getting to my house cause the road has been cleared. When I tried to reach them nobody answers the phone

October 12th, 2022Whoever does the route for the Lion Head Apartments has become incredibly lazy. This is the second package we e had crammed in our stair railing as opposed to being placed on our porch or our bench right outside our door. It even had valuable, fragile items! Absolutely ridiculous.

There is a girl named Jasmine that works here I'm not sure what department she works in but I spoke with her on the phone and she is amazing! I had a bunch of mix-ups with my packages and my change of address and she put all of my nerves at ease so quickly. She went above and beyond her job duty to give a message to my carrier about the situation and to even help locate my packages and get them redirected back to where I need them. I wish there were more people in the world like this the world would be a much better place. Thank you Jasmine from me and my family!

Wow. Just wow. Snarky, d*** and poorly trained staff. Not sure her name, but that young woman with the braid was not raised right. She needs to be slapped silly for her rude attitude. Postmaster, do better.

I'm wondering why I can't give this place 0 stars. I've had no mail service for several days now, I have packages of time sensitive materials that aren't being delivered, and when I call the post office itself, the phone simply rings off the hook. Simply the poorest run post office I can remember dealing with. This is why private companies like UPS and Fedex are far superior to the USPS. If I could get people to never deliver to me via USPS I would.
