Not sure what all the bad reviews are for, it’s a 24hr gym so it’s gonna be a little dirty after peak hours. I’ve been here for.a week now for work and it’s the cleanest, most spacious, and best rounded equipment variety I've seen in a 24hr fitness, especially compared to the ones in Southern California. Staff is friendly as well, great gym.

Signed up for free pass, Arrived at 9:20. Told me I can't use free pass after 9pm. It doesn't say that anywhere on email and website. Not signing up with this gym because of this.

Been going to this location for 2 days since I've been working later and getting off late. One of the few 24 hours that's open 24 hours , decided to give it a go ,only to have my car almost broken into. They broke my keyhole protector and jammed a prying pin in my door handle. Once in the gym your met with out dated gym equipment, and even the front desk receptionist was snoozing at 2am.The absolute most foul smelling pool water of urine , with yellowing water. Definitely not up to health regulations after using anything from this facility. I feel like I need a tetanus shot after touching anything from this location.Please make Bothell location open 24 hours compared to this. The attempted break in my car wasn't worth the risk of a bellow average gym hygiene and equipment.Last update of equipment this gym had was probably when Jynco jeans were hip.

This is very worn out place. They don't repair amenities. There is water dripping above the hot tub. They did replace the cedar wood in dry sauna, however.

Been coming to this specific location since March, 3 times a week and 9.5 times out of 10 this gym is absolutely filthy. Only reason I deal with it is because they are the only 24hr gym near me.

I have been to a couple gyms around Lynnwood and this is absolutely the worst one so far. Most of the equipment is old and dirty and that is not even the worst thing that happened to me. On my 2nd day someone broke the lock on locker and stole my wallet. The staffs dgaf and maybe bc it happens so often that they just ignored it. Bring a chain next time if you want to workout here and check your locker every 5’. Definitely not gonna come back.

I have driven all the way here to be f, not able to go inside and play basketball. Because the emergency door on the other side has ring. What the f does that have to do with us who came to play basketball. We just came to play basketball! I have been ready and looking forward to playing basketball. I am so f mad!!! I had a membership before somewhere, and when the door alarm, they came to check to make sure everything is fine! And we continue playing! But this is my 2 days here, and I am F mad?, I wanna cry! All of my friends here!!!!! U can not use your anger to close the gym. We pay to be here, and we pay you too. So if this happens again, u can have ur gato gym!!!!! Bambakalat

The staff at the front desk named elizabeth denied us access and requested a $20 fee for a guest pass. I felt it was intentional and thier plan to make money since I heard similar story form my colleague.This experience left me with a sense of miscommunication and inconvenience. It's important for 24 Hour Fitness to ensure that their staff members are well-informed about their policies and provide consistent information to customers. Such discrepancies can lead to misunderstandings and tarnish the gym's reputation.I hope that 24 Hour Fitness can address these issues to provide a more reliable and customer-friendly experience in the future. My car, along with 6 other peoples cars, were broken into last night. 2 weeks ago, 10 cars, a month ago an employees car!!!6 months ago the front desk let in a non-member that broke all the locks in the locker room.This gym does not care, will not help you at all. If you want your stuff stolen, violated, and then dismissed totally by 24 hour fitness management, this is the gym for you!!!

I like the gym is wide with verity of machines and free weights. However, I do not know if it is because of staffing issue, the women shower rooms need major attention. They do not look like they are healthy to shower in. I have mentioned it to front desk a while ago, but no action.

Never ever ever go barefoot in the showers here. They're absolutely disgusting. I went to talk to management about it and they said that they usually clean them every other day but that the one employee who cleans the womens showers has been "out for a while." So the showers haven't been cleaned in weeks? And at best they're cleaned every other day? Gym showers need to he cleaned multiple times per day. This is beyond unacceptable and the men in charge don't seem to understand the urgency of this problem. They need to hire at least 2 more employees who can clean the womens showers immediately, and in the meantime find a time during the 24 hours they are open to close the showers so they can be cleaned. They could hire a female cleaner on taskrabbit to tide them over until they find permanent employees. Anything but this bc this is disgusting. Also, almost all of the paper towel holders were empty. The theme of this location seems to be neglect.
