Impressive quality, super fast to repair, professional assessment with such an awesome friendly staff.
Repair cost, literally, 1/3 of the dealer cost. Changed the entire bumper in 2 1/2 days, and matched the car body colour exactly; keep in mind my car colour is very hard to match. Definitely highly recommended.

I recently wrecked my Toyota Prius and immediately started looking for a place where someone could fix it for me. I found A1 Auto Body in Lynnwood, the next day I called them and brought my car. After just a few days I was able to pick it up, and when I came to them to pick up my car, it was just SHOCK!! I didn’t recognize my car, it looked like it came from a showroom, I was very pleasantly surprised, and they paid me to fix the car cheaper than other services. In general, I recommend this service to everyone, very nice people and prices, they are exceptional masters of their craft!

I recently took my car to this service, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They completely fixed everything on the front side of my car as you can see on the pictures. A1 Auto Body is truly a life saver! I went to multiple shops to try to get my 2010 Ford Fusion lock looked at but no shop would even take the time to take a look. Jack and Tracy from A1 Auto Body took the time to troubleshoot and determine what the real issue was, he ordered the parts needed and FIXED the locking issue of my car. My car locks properly now thanks to A1 Auto Body! Thank you Jack and Tracy for taking the time. A1 Auto Body is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! They will take care of you.

Unfortunately, I would never take any vehicle here until they replace their staff in the office. She's extremely unprofessional and organized and unable to complete jobs at task. I truly hope whoever owns this business can get this message across that they truly need somebody else. It's unfortunate because the mechanic is an amazing mechanic and he definitely deserves better staff.
