I was involved in a minor bender fender and Caliber was great. Finished the job a week ahead of schedule. My car looks like it was never involved in a collision. Thank you Caliber. Would definitely use them again in the future if needed

Pretty poor customer service. Directed to a sign to schedule, minimal assistance. Will look elsewhere, possibly another location of theirs to give the another chance
Edit: a Mr Brian Klein at the Evergreen Way location restored my faith in this company.

Repairs was awesome, was informed of all repair progress details during the repair process and the repairs was completed before the scheduled pickup time

I was really happy with my experience at Caliber Collision from start to finish. I was kept informed about the progress of the repairs, everyone was professional, friendly and even offered to stay late for the pick up of my Jeep.

The technicians that performed the work were fantastic. The manager's customer service and people skills leave a lot to be desired....... She was rude and would not answer questions I had, instead she slammed the telephone down in my ear, and when I went in to the shop, she simply walked away mid-conversation!!!

Would not recommend . After getting a quote on a new bumper elsewhere $2000(that was only damaged on the corner a bit, but i wanted a whole new bumper) I decided to just use insurance and they sent me here to Calibur Well they were 4 times more expensive here (over $8000 quote) and insurance decided to total out my car. due to the extremely overpriced quote. And if i wanted to keep my car I would have a salvage tittle which i considered but after going to see the car they had taken so much of it apart that was completely unnecessary and not willing to put it back together . So was not worth it trying to fix it myself at that point and have a salvage tittle. This car was super low miles and in excellent condition besides the biff on the front side bumper. So very sad to say Im very unhappy. And trying to find a new same car I had with that many miles has been impossible. Wish I would of just paid the $2000 quoted at the first place i went. Huge mistake

Please don’t. I took my car overhere after a minor accident and had to replace the front bumper. It’s been almost a month, and I still haven’t received it back. I’m curious to know how long it would take if it were a more significant repair.
