Today 02/AUG/2023 at 0530s to 0545 this Absco Solutions person 8n this vehicle going Southbound on I5 drove in the passing lane at 50 mph and breaking on me for no reas9n as my head lights were normal and I wasn't tailgating. This guy kept breaking on me for no reason at all. So is this is Abaco's solution to driving by being rude to people that have not done anything to them?

Representative came out quickly to see equipment. Service order was written and the next day Jay came out to fix our access control. He was very knowledgeable and had us "up and running" in no time. Former vendor never seemed to be able to find solutions.

Absco's above response again proves its good at exaggeration to justify its bills of $4000, roughly 40 hours, to locate a code violation that two other alarm companies passed the inspections over the years. This code violation for sure didn't cause many faults in the fire panel. The wires were not damaged and the remediation didn't even require an electrician to touch alarm wires. In fact, Absco first replaces our building's monitor module. Came back a few months later, claimed previous alarm company installed a resistor to bypass faults. The management company gladly paid every bills, go figure. The city electrical inspection said codes are best practice to prevent a re-do, a nuisance if one doesn't follow code. Absco reported the code violation like a crime to justify its importance and billing.
